Unlike at other frame stores (I have been to a lot), Doug does not push any frame, mat or his vision on you; rather, he lets you talk about the piece and grab any samples you might want to see. If you don't want a mat then he is not going to roll his eyes or get upset. He wants to the art to look best and be your style. In addition, the turn around time is amazing.
