Positive: +Polite hotel front desk people. Mirror decor in the hallways. +Decorated halls. Looks pretty. +Room contained a fridge, a microwave, complimentary bottles of water, an adjustable shower head, +Located in an area next to everything
The bad (there's plenty): -The front desk staff, while polite, aren't very helpful. They couldn't fix or explain certain charges -I was accused and charged by staff for smoking in the room -Management doesn't return emails
As far as the not so personal negatives: -Overpriced in terms of not having many amenities. They do have one restaurant but no jacuzzi or hot tub and if there was, it wasn't explained. I didn't get to eat at the Italian restaurant -The robes in the room had a very rough texture. Almost like wearing steel wool -Doors lock at 9pm so be prepared to have your key card -No ice machines. You have to ASK for someone to bring you ice -Club floor didn't have much to offer when I visited the first day of my stay. Just a lady at the front desk who looked as though she didn't want to work there. -The exercise room is absolutely dreadful; with two treadmills, a couple of weights ranging to 5 to 40 lbs, and overall, it's just small and it smelled musty because of it. There was no way to wipe off equipment. -The banging from the construction down the street is astounding. That ish will definitely wake you up instead of your alarm clock. Not faulting the hotel but bringing it up.
Overall, I definitely would not stay here again from the fact alone I was accused of smoking in the room when I never did. Now fighting them with my credit card company for an unauthorized and...
Read moreThe location couldn't be better—just a short walk to Union Square, the Apple Store, and great shopping spots. Driving to the Golden Gate Bridge takes only 20 minutes. The game room near the lobby was a fun addition, and we enjoyed playing some billiards. Our room was spacious and very clean. The rooftop lounge and jacuzzi were excellent for relaxation.
The service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond by storing our luggage after we checked out so we could continue shopping. They were incredibly nice and friendly, assisting us with testing the room key and personally bringing it to our room. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to...
Read moreDeceptive…Claimed to be a resort. The staff is amazing. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The amenities are an exercise room with weights and treadmill kind of stuff, hot tub, saunas and shower area. The game room had a pool table, foosball video game and TV. The robes were rough and one size fit all. So mine was uncomfortable to wear. There is no kitchen. You have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. They give you 2 bottles of water and clean your as requested. You have a sitting area No activities except wine and appetizers for 5 bucks 2 or 3 times a week. Definitely should not be listed as a resort. It great place to stay for a night or two. They do have a restaurant on...
