1113 Piccioni Guesthouse — Hotel in San Juan

Best pricing, location and great service! We stay here with our whole company to come to the convention center for a seminar. Its has all amenities you need, all walking distance, we worked remotely from there as well internet service is fast. Insted of paying $500 a day for a room we got a whole apartment its a no brainer, each apartment fits 12 and the other one fits 10 guest and they have 7 apartments in this location. Service and personel are amaizing! Front desk offer to drop luggage free of charge before you check in and after you check out. They have the whole condo with huge apartments and parking area. Our group stayed in both of there location they have serveral guesthouses near by La Placita as well. They also have a huge viraety of experince to do near the same location. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This was the worst rental we have ever stayed in. We jokingly referred to it as “the hostel” during our stay. The place was dirty and beat up. We arrived at 3pm (our checkin time) - was not ready until after 5pm.

We were locked out with 5 young kids - the cheap latch lock on the door closed when we left - locking us out at 6pm. We called and texted their “emergency number” for over 4 hours and never received a response or reply (not even the next day). After multiple YouTube videos and a trip to a hardware store I now know how to pick a latch lock 😀.

One of the bathrooms you have to sit “side saddle” to use and the rooms smelled a bit like mold and cleaning solution. Upon check in we asked if we could open a window and were told that is not allowed - odd!

Worst stay in Puerto Rico. The photos do not show the problems with the place, there is black mold everywhere. The kitchen is actively falling apart, the beds, although look nice, are old spring mattresses that do not feel comfortable at all. The bathrooms have tiles missing, mold, and are rusting a lot. One shower will change water pressure on you every 30-40 seconds and become boiling hot, or ice cold without touching the shower controls.

At 3:33 am, the AC unit stopped working and the rooms became incredibly hot, followed by insanely loud noises through the night from the people down stairs.

Parking is $30 dollars a day So if you’re staying for 4 days, be prepared to spend $120 extra dollars.

If you pay parking up front and leave early, they WILL NOT give you money back for they days...
