I'm from the Midwest US, and love coming to Puerto Rico. That said, this Walgreens on Ashford is a wonderful resource, the staff is friendly and speak good english. Not only is the service good, there is a mini grocery in this Walgreens. They sell all of the various items you might need for the beach, strong sunblock, rash guards(sunblock 50+ spandex shirts), large cold bottles of water, towels, flip flops, sun glasses, goggles, etc...
The only problem is one Walgreens can't do anything about, homeless hanging around the sidewalk out front. This is my go-to pharmacy for everything from medicines, to personal care and even...
Read moreWe bought an umbrella to use at the beach and used it for maybe 5 minutes. It kept blowing over and was very poor quality. We kept the umbrella in our hotel for 2 days because we had other plans. When we tried to return it, the store refused to accept it saying “it’s used”. Obviously it was going to be used. The product didn’t work. Any other store I’ve been to has accepted returns like this. Very disappointed. Don’t buy anything from here unless you’re 100% sure the product is good quality and you will not return it. The store should have a “no returns” sign...
