Smoke It and More - Condado — Local services in San Juan

My personal experience with this smoke shop was NOT a positive one. I came here to purchase a charger for my Pax. They charged me $55 for the charger when the retail price on the Pax website is $35.99. I get it that I'm not in the states and that they need to make a profit but $20 more?

On top of this for whatever reason my Pax wouldn't work with the charger that they sold me. I contacted them via phone while while I was on the island and informed them on what occurred. I told the rep that I was looking for a refund for this reason. Not once on the phone did she mentioned that they have a no return policy (which is on the receipt but only in Spanish is it communicated)

When I arrived they informed about their no return policy. I proceeded to argue my case but they didn't care. In the end I was left with a charger that wouldn't work and no store credit. Rest assure that I won't be coming here on...

They sell their products for about 15% to 30% more than the retail price is ridiculous. They don't have replacement parts for any of the vaporizers they sell. The employee's do not understand simple smoke paraphernalia words even in their own language. The only thing they got going for them is that they have a huge inventory. I lost about 80 dollar investment all because they don't have a return policy, and they fail to keep replacement parts even if they are the only ones selling...

Bad liquor. Bought vodka it tasted like terpentine. Mixed one drink and noticed it tasted bad. Went back to store within 2 hours to exchange and response was “You opened it”. How do you know it’s bad until it’s opened?
