I would give them 6 stars if possible.

We ran into an issue where a builder stopped mid-project and didn't provide us with enough flooring to finish our recently purchased house. Not being a contractor, I was concerned about being able to get the proper materials since the flooring and nosing used is only available to builders.

I called Contract Furnishings Mart (being the only brand dealer in my area) and explained the situation. Not only did they understand and offer to make an exception, I was able to work with Amanda to track down and verify the product codes so everything matched and verify the amount/lengths needed. The pricing was also very fair and there was zero pushiness or attempt to upsell anything, which I appreciate. On top of that, I was working on a tight deadline (new contractor was booked 4 days out), and they were able to get the materials delivered to their warehouse earlier then required and pickup was a quick and easy process.

Again, I can't say enough about how great the entire experience has been, especially compared to how other companies have treated me throughout the process of fixing the mistakes our original builder created. I'll absolutely try and work with these guys again in the future, and thank you again Amanda and Jed for being so professional...

CFM is the best tile showroom in the region for many reasons, not just for their extensive selection of high-quality tile samples from a wide range of reputable manufacturers. The large variety makes them an excellent resource for finding the perfect tile to suit any project. Their many locations means they are also convenient to get to no matter what part of the PNW you live in.

The North Seattle team of Joe, Billy, Amanda, Lydia, and Jolene, are very helpful and have a lot of product knowledge, making what can be an overwhelming selection process much more manageable for our customers.

For us as a contractor, they keep the ordering process as simple as they can, despite our unintended efforts to be confusing at times! Benito is also much appreciated by our crew as he keeps the warehouse running smoothly so pickups are a breeze.

Five stars plus. Yes, These guys get an extra star in my book. All my clients are happy when I send them here. Super professional staff. That professional with a super in front of it. They know their product and they're nice. As a medium size tile installation company I need to really stay on top of my game. They make me look good. They can source tile from just about anywhere. Great showroom. Wait! Great Showrooms. Did I mention they're nice and know what they're talking about. That can still happen these days. Bottom line is I trust them all, all the showrooms of CFM, with my clients, and with my orders. Just the other day one of thier staff called me just to follow up on an order that was running late.
