Be a customer today with Chick-fil-A was the most embarrassing this morning, I handed a drive-through clerk named Craig a $10 bill the dollar bill was a little ripped but I was hungry and that’s all I had to give, I handed Craig the $10 bill And which he grabbed Then called out to his coworker and asked “can we take this”!! She didn’t have a Answer for him so she responded go ask the manager he then left for three or four minutes to go ask the manager and then come back and proceed with my order with putting the money away and handing me my food, I told him what he just did was embarrassing and humiliating and that Everyone is not gonna hand you the perfect 20, His response was “I had to ask because your money was tore up that’s all I’m doing is my job” I did explain to him I get what you were doing but there’s a way to have integrity and humility in this situation. He repeated what he was saying that he had to do his job and that there was people behind me. I told him you have no accountability of your actions and that’s the part that you’re not gonna ever understand what you did was wrong it was not OK. He then said “I’m gonna keep doing it like this cause there’s gonna be somebody that doesn’t care” And I said what about the people that do that in this moment feel the same way I do, He repeated what he said , I’m just thankful for his manager for stepping in and apologizing...

That was the good part. The first lady almost asked me to get out of the drive through line (even though that's a totally valid way to pick up your mobile order) and she would've made me if I wasn't already trapped. It almost made me feel like it was a guilt trip for being in the wrong place, but, in my defense, I asked them to make it before my five minute drive there and there was no link to tell them I wanted to pick it up in the drive through like I've seen in the past. I wasn't in the right attire to be inside at all. Or I would have skipped the wait and just done that. They asked me four different times what I ordered before I got to the window, and when I finally got my order? The shake was melted and the food was still warm, but barely. The cheese wasn't even on top of the chicken...like it had slid off while it was sitting there waiting due to sitting at an angle or something.
A couple pointers? Don't order too soon. Be patient. Dress so you can go inside.
Your shake won't be melted, your food will be hot, and you won't leave feeling like they were telling you you were wrong for...
Read moreLet me start off by saying their service is always top-notch and my wife and I went in there and the place was spotless.
My gripe has been this location seems to make up the rules each time when I ask if they have a vegetarian wrap. I know that Chick-fil-A serves chicken and meat and their website proudly features salads and other sides you can get but I know you can get a wrap. Tonight, after some confusion, I was given the char-grilled chicken cool wrap... Except the wrap was literally only lettuce and maybe 10 little pieces of cheese.
In the past I was given a rap that had beans in it and carrots and other good things. But this time I wasn't given anything not even a dipping sauce. And then it seemed like a time before that they said they couldn't even make it and it wasn't on the menu And it just seems to be different rules each time.
The staff is great and I would never talk bad on them but this may be more of a commentary to the organization and maybe to the staff and I wonder if others do request things like this from them. It would be nice if this was added to the menu or an option in their system to make a filling and comprehensive vegetarian wrap.
To make things worse I paid around $8 for this lettuce...
