I want the owner to see this. Normally I would take the company survey, but you need a paper receipt to do that. I ordered on the app but apparently I needed that paper receipt too in order to do the survey. Please tell Subway corporate to change that.
The reason for my feedback is that I don’t want to come back to this store. It’s very close to work, but I would rather drive to the one 15 minutes away because of one of your employees. This gentleman works there full time because he’s the only one I’ve ever seen there except the one time I met the owner who was very nice and helpful. This particular employee is very unfriendly, never talks or responds to conversation, never smiles, never gives any sort of customer service. Normally I don’t care too much and I let it go because it is close to my work. But today I ordered in the app and he made my sandwich wrong. I came back and asked for a new one, and after he tried to tell me that I ordered the wrong thing I showed the receipt and asked I do he could remake it. He too my sandwich (the wrong one) off the counter and threw it in there trash can thee feet away, rolled his eyes, and frustratedly made a new sandwich as quickly as possible. I apologized to him and all he said was “there you go.” No apology or anything. I just thought you ought to know because in these kinds of stores the owner will usually not see this behavior because they aren’t there. Worst human working there. Rude without a cause. Or any provocation. Ignorant, arrogant,disrespectful, don't have any manners, don't care about making sales for the store. If he has this much hate for his job, or for himself, he shouldn't be in this place making sandwiches. What are his motives??? Drive customers away. Subjecting new customers to mental abuse, and torment. Make customers lose appetite.
This place been here for many years. I have no idea what they saw in this person to allow him to represent this business, and deal with customers.
Maybe the management was desperate, and hired from the bottom , because no one wants to work there.
Bad customer service, old vegetables, bad surroundings, lots of sketchy people hanging around, difficult parking , extremely busy parking lot, difficult in & out, then after dealing with everything else outside the store, you come in , you find this extremely bad rude person , you lose your appetite, and regret coming there. And it was a big waste of valuable time., and you realize they don't deserve your business, and money. Also they don't accept subway coupons.
I highly recommend avoiding this place.

I came in for a sandwhich and desperately needed to use the restroom (that is always locked as is typical throughout Seattle) the lady had 4 gals ahead of me and i waited a bit to not interrupt but then did ask if there was a key to the restroom. She muttered that she had to help everyone 1st and i realized it was because she had to personally unlock it. I patiently waited and she added in, its for customers only. I said yeah no problem, i just need to go really bad. She took her time doing the others ladies, one of which had also stood "in line" to wait with me for the restroom. Finally she got done and asked what she can get for me, i said ill get lunch n maybe a cookie but first i really need to go please. She glared at me and said well i have to ring you in before i can open the bathroom! At that point i had enough, i didn't care of i didn't make it to the next bathroom, i was not giving this location a dime. I said forget it, let this poor lady in.
