I have not actually walked into this store just yet,I had no plans to actually I arrived here And planned to do my ordering online and just quickly pick it up but that's not even available to do right now..?? not sure why that would be... Unless it's to make people wait to order them donuts because they're not made just yet....??? Either way I have not been able to use this app order ahead thing whatsoever...why even have the app?? And the other super super unbelievable && ridiculous to even be the one to tell others that this just actually happened to me but here it goes ..* I arrived at this store.. excited of course :) lol, and I parked my car in a spot that was away from the main street, but also not right in the middle of garbage laying around the parking lot neither..all in all I was very happy with this spot that I picked, haha weird to say that. Anyways about 10 or so mins after I had parked my car Already a big yellow Penske moving truck starts to park almost literally on top of my car, not even kidding! And that actually made that spot I was parked in so much better. I felt somewhat private ish and able to get my ordering done right Nd about 5 mins after big yellow parks to the right of my car I heard this loud but high pitched horn keep honking close to me... Out of. Curiosity I looked around to figure out where it was coming from and notticed that right behind me is Another big Penske moving truck and the Mexican guy driving it is staring at me and honking his horn like 10 times, I just thought maybe he was trying to see if his friend and the other truck was still in the truck and get his attention or something but come to find out that's not what was actually happening the dude who was honking his horn came up to my window of my car and asked me that to move my vehicle because he didn't want to work on the other side of the other truck because there was a shopping cart in one of the 8 other empty spots that he easily could have parked in without no problems ,but NOOOOOOOO he eventually stopped asking me to move and told me I have to move my car now or he would have to push me out of this spot. Wtf?!?!?! When I got here I was the first person to park in the spot I was parked in. And he just didnt want to get out and relocate a shopping cart and park on the other Side of the first truck that came after I was already here for like 10 ish mins... Super ridiculous, hella hella DISRESPECTFUL AND to have him wearing a "Krispy Kreme" hoodie and representing this place is not a good representation for a customer service oriented establishment!!!!! So now I'm still not ordered my stuff yet or even made it to the front doors yet because this guy's actions have literally BLOWN MY MIND today!!! I kinda want to go inside and find him and place my order and then let them know that this guy is definitely going to be paying for whatever I ordered today for sure! Like should I ????

Highly...

I wish I could place a higher review because honestly my service was impeccable the young woman who served me at the cash register was extremely polite courteous and a joy to be served by, it being the holiday season and me being so taken by her impeccable service customer service skills I wanted to complement her with a tip when I realized they had no tip jar I tried to pass her a cash tip when she explained that they are not allowed to take tips which I would just like to take this time to say that that should not be acceptable and that at any time if somebody wishes to give somebody a tip that should not be refused especially in the world that we’re living in the cost of living and the amount of pay ratio in the state at this time is a travesty. Nonetheless as she began to explain she cannot except the tips and she was grateful nonetheless the manager and middle-aged white male came out screaming at her demeaning her in the middle of the lobby in front of many guest that were disgusted by his behavior several people got up and left to which I explain to him that he had no right to be screaming at this very young African-American girl no older than 1718 at most for some thing she didn’t do wrong, she was only being complemented for her good work ethic and was following their protocol by explaining to me she could not except the tip it was incredibly inappropriate and downright uncomfortable to be a witness to. I spoke up for her as best I could and explain to him that he was way out of line and that the first thing that I would be doing when I got home is reporting this to Google and to his superiors in corporate which I’m awaiting a response to my email. It is so hard to find good employees nowadays when people make farm or sitting at home on unemployment and you can go down the street to a McDonald’s and make $20 an hour or better yet the Azteca work as a host and definitely take them tips of a couple hundred dollars minimum every few days. This girl has chosen for whatever reason to remain at this location and she does not deserve this abuse. Somebody needs to educate this man on his privilege and please check him immediately This is the standard for management despite the wonderful experience I had with the staff I feel I can no longer participate or take my business to Krispy Kreme in the near future unless if only to see...

It's all about perspective. If you are coming from anywhere south of the Mason-Dixon Line then you'll be disappointed by the overall taste of the donuts and be shocked (flabbergasted) by the price. Keep in mind you're in the land of government deciding what's best for you, and the land of endless food "allergies." PRICES: Doz glazed around $11; Doz assorted around $13. (FYI:Typical prices in Southern USA are $5-7 dozen), If you buy 2+ dozen prices drop significantly. Last hour of each day Doz donuts (reg or assorted) are half price! FRESHNESS: Been satisfied on their freshness, but I was told by an employee they do carry over donuts overnight. :-( TASTE: They use Soy flour, wheras donuts in other parts of the country are Wheat (OMG Gluten, NOO!) or Potato Flour. VARIETY: Seasonal donuts are fun but DON'T be tempted... very little filling and typically horribly inferior to their standard glazed in taste and mouth feel. NO French Cruellers are available due to King county ban on Trans-Fat - "Donut Factory" in Lynnwood (Snohomish County) has them on every day but Sunday. SERVICE: Mixed Bag here... Everyone has been friendly but there has been situations where they won't take corporate coupons (even if you've called to confirm prior). A couple times they closed 15min early... lights out, doors locked.. no reason given. If their is snow on the ground expect them to close early or open late... any level of snow... yes, even a dusting. VERDICT: Acceptable for PNW but better options exist, "Donut Factory" in Lynnwood is an example. If you do go - stick to ONLY the plain glazed, buy more than a dozen for $$ break, or get half-price dozen the last hour of night... thy may not be as fresh but it won't matter much (you can't tell the difference). Remember, if you're not from PNW to check your expectations...

From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew this location was special. And boy, was I right. Immediately upon entry I was taken aback by the impeccable level of cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The floors and tables were spotless, and nothing was out of place. The staff greeted us with a warm welcome and reassured us that the Hot Light was in fact on. This news made my entire Saturday night—I was absolutely overjoyed. The donuts were hot off the press—duh—and truly were some of the best Krispy Kreme donuts I’ve ever had. And they were free, which made the entire experience that much more satisfying. I’d like to give a special shoutout to the young female employee with a medium length brown ponytail. You rock! Every star on this experience is well deserved and my counterpart is in complete agreement. Thank you Aurora Krispy Kreme for this unforgettable experience. I will be telling my grandchildren about this moment when I reflect back fondly on my life.

Absolute chaos and stress! Doors are locked during business hours to prevent too many customers in - thankfully another customer let me in. I’m guessing they were short staffed with a full line of 12+ people ahead of me and the drive thru totally overflowing. I had done an online order and went to ask about getting my order picked up. The staff don’t acknowledge you so since they’re so busy so I waited in line for about 25mins with still 7 people ahead of me. Finally they started taking online orders and it was out of hand, the customers in the regular line stared yelling and an uproar ensued. The atmosphere was pretty scary and aggressive and I just got out of there. Donuts are fresh but it took people 30+ minutes just to order. I feel sorry for the staff and how all of this was handled. Management should be ashamed they set up failure for customers and workers given the conditions. You’ve been warned.

Krispy Kreme offers a good selection of donuts made fresh on site. It's always exciting for the kids because they can see the donut making equipment through the glass at the entrance. I will be honest, Krispy Kreme's donuts are not my favorite but they are consistently good. You know what your getting when you walk into the place. They have a good selection of beverages to go with your donuts. The coffee is good here, but their flavored coffee drinks are a little bit sweeter than their coffee stand cousins. I'm sure we will continue to visit this place in the future.
