Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Seattle

Very rude staff and terrible service. I was ignored by the lady who took my order when I asked to use the restroom. When a employee on her break had to get up and let me in since her co-worker was continuing to ignore me I had to walk right back out since that same rude coworkers 6 YEAR OLD SON was in the only stall and was in there playing around for 20 minutes. It wasn't until his 2 siblings had to go in there to get him after there mother was getting off of work at this jack in the box. A friend of mine who was told to be there a certain time for a interview never was able to get ahold of any management staff after they cancelled the interview with him on the same day because they were busy and short-staffed. He called many times and not only did they never answer but when he went there multiple times to see when he could reschedule they either ignored him or said the manager wasn't there. He eventually gave up even though they not only had help needed signs up but contacted him multiple times stating how bad they needed employees. Police came in twice the last time I was here and the second time I was leaving the restroom and TWO cops came into the BATHROOM and in a harrasing manner aggressively demanded that I told them my name and after I told them they asked for my full name. I don't know another fast food place that I am scared to go because of fear of police harrasment not to mention I feel like my food my be spat on based on the attitude of previously stated employee who has her children there for hours on end running around...

It was 2:30 am on a Friday morning, I went through the drive thru and placed an order for a stacked grilled cheese munchie meal box. I waited 5 minutes and received the box. I opened the box and grabbed my grill cheese and noticed it felt very light, so I looked at it and it was missing the lettuce, tomato, mayo, and most importantly, the meat. To top it all off, the buns were not toasted and the cheese for the grill cheese was not melted. I drove back and asked if they could remake my order. I showed the drive thru attendant the sandwich and he said, “what’s wrong with it? It’s all there.” I told him to take a closer look. He replied, “Is it because the cheese isn’t melted?" I said, “no that’s not the reason, I want you to remake it, its missing the meat." He asked, “did you take the patty out?” I said no. He then asked, “are you sure you didn’t take the patty out? That was our last patty.” I once again told him I didn’t take the patty out. He closed the window without another word and 10 minutes later I had a new sandwich which was the way it was supposed to be. I told him thank you and went on my way. I normally would not mind if my order was messed up and wouldn’t write a review about it, but the thing about this mistake was that I was asked if I took off the patty and was told that they were out of hamburger patties. Where did the patty come from if they were out of them? Never going to this Jack in...

I ordered the 6$ late night 9pm-5am special which includes one burger with two tacos, a mix of regular fries and curly fries plus a drink. The burger wyas a mess drenched in sauces so badly the hamburger patty and cheese slid out the bun. Then I moved on to my fries. I was so hungry that I looked forward to eating fries they're the bomb! These fries were the bomb alright! I "bombed" them right out my mouth and on the ground. They tasted as if he'd hand picked them right out the garbage can! Cold, dry, absolutely zero flavor of any kind and the texture felt like I was chewing on wax paper. Besides the food we have customer service. My rule is simple...if the food sucks but customer service is great than I am willing to give that place another try. Maybe they were short handed or just plain having a bad day. In this case...nither were true. Customer Service was as bad as the food.
