I would not recommend this store to anyone. I went to the store twice because my battery was dying. The first time I was talked into adding a warranty plan which I did because they said if I kept having problems they would repair or replace my phone. Two months later on May 15th I returned to the store. My battery was much worse. Denise said " If they replaced my phone it was be a refurbished phone I would have more problems then I have right now because those phones were junk." So she noticed I had a free upgrade "jump " that would be the way to go. So we went that route. I told Denise I didn't want to increase my $115 plan per month by more than $20. She said I would be looking at $134 per month. Several hours later after many attempts to transfer my data I left with a new phone. Four days later I returned to speak to Denise because my bill was going to be $152 per month. She's said I would have to talk to the manager Stephanie but she wasn't there and Denise would handle it and call me on Sunday. No call, back to the store Monday no Stephanie. Talked to Denise who said she might be able to change phone but would have to talk to Stephanie again she is not there. I left my number to have her call me. No call. Back to the store again no Stephanie. To this day I have not heard from Stephanie. Now trying to deal with main office. Read moreLike a lot of people, going into the cell phone providers can make me grumpy. But have no fear, these folks are amazing! My wife and I have been having some problems with our accessibility and our billing. This problem has gone on for several months, and the T-Mobile store we had been doing business with—not this one!—and the customer service operators were unable to get my problems sorted out. We went into the Shallotte location, expecting to be unhappy when we left, but we were fortunate enough to waited on by Indira! She helped my wife and for 2 1/2 hours, and she was able to get ALL of our problems sorted out. She absolutely went above and beyond to take care of our problems, all while remaining calm, cool and collected. She never made us feel like we were abusing her time, and she never stopped being friendly. I can’t thank her enough! A month ago when it was time to pay my yearly payment I found out they had changed my plan without asking me and said they were keeping all the money/credit I had in my account. I had forgotten I had paid a couple of times (I,m old) and I paid again. $200 was in there and they are saying they are keeping all of what was in the account.
