Beyond disappointed to walk into the store and see how unsanitary and unprofessional the piercing set up is. Not going to get into detail about how using a piercing gun actually causes damage to the cartilage, because I know that this company obviously doesn’t care and simply wants to make money. But to overhear the lady doing the piercing say that they have an aftercare LOTION??? For piercings. And when the family asked further questions about aftercare she had no information. If you’re going to allow your employees to do something that people train to do professionally in businesses that are set up to do piercings in a clean, safe, and sterile environment, at least provide them with proper after care instructions.
