No longer a Gulf front view
This resort needs to be updated from the rooms (popcorn ceilings and 1980s tile cracked all over - 7 tiles in our unit alone) and the sliding glass door to the balcony that was in desperate need of new rollers that could barely be opened, to the outdoor grills requiring a lighter to start them. There is no longer a view of the Gulf from the rooms as they have finished construction of the 5 story Ten 35 Luxury Condos directly in front blocking practically all views of the Gulf unless you have the 4th floor northern most unit which has a partial gulf view at an angle. This is a 2.5 to 3 star at best. We stayed in July 2024. The best feature is the rooms are very spacious with every room having a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom configuration. 1 room with King Bed and bath and 2nd bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a pullout sofa in the living room although they max out occupancy in their rules at 6 people. This place is a very old-school timeshare with its 10-page book of rules and fines for various things. Including asking guests to wash their dishes and take trash out etc. It is a small timeshare with 4 floors and 24 total units. Laundry is coin operated and there are no ice machines on...
Read moreLove coming here. My dad has had a timeshare here for 20+ year's. I love it so much that I just purchased my own unit timeshare. I can't wait for the many year's to come of memories. Yes it is an older building, but it is in great shape and usually every year there are new updates to the inside of each unit. Great size units too. It's not directly on the beach but it's like a 3 minute walk across a side street to the private beach access gate. If you are looking to stay here, pick the units that end with 1 or 2 and the higher the floor, the better. The end units have a split bedroom floor plan and a dinning area with a full kitchen table. I'm use to going in the beginning of December, so the weather is amazing and not many people are there since kids are...
Read moreThis condo is very dirty and outdated. The pool is ringed by bird poop and the staff can be very rude. The man who runs the grill on cookout day is our favorite by far as he seems to enjoy his job very much. This is the place to stay for beach access, and the beach here is beautiful!! Dont expect to be treated well here by the beach attendant they dont like spending their day on the beach handing out chairs and umbrellas to vacationers. The rec room is nothing to write home about, and the most uninviting place to spend time. $2000 a week is not worth it unless you want great beach access, well if you can get the key pads to work and let you get...
