Sorry , but my experience was wayyy more accommodating . Sorry someone had that to say of the ladies and gentlemen at MATTRESS FIRM . May I differ? I went in and was greeted so close to the door upon my arrival, that it stuck out til now. And lead to a most pleasant experience there. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable of their product, as a whole. I asked several questions ,from sleep, resistance, remote control set-up, mattress firmnesses,vs.the bed accommodating me from head to feet. Let me tell ya,my sleep experiwnces here lately have not been nice to me. I went in looking as well as debating whether or not my mattress really needed help. A normal 100% total normally uncomfortable nights' rest is what I usually get. So the mattress adjustment equiptment had to be shown and proven to me first. And then I had to be convinced. Reggie was my salesman . He was totally awesome at KNOWING HIS Products !! Let me tell ya. And then I "hate dealing with sales people'' normal level tho. He was so pleasant,I've initiated calls back and forth, its taken me a while to accomplish my move. Due to different closing dates. He was patient, understanding and again, accomodating. Ive since then talked with my friends in regards to purchasing from the store, And that was solely due to my experience being so sweet . In fact Im waiting for them as I post this . If I would have known buying a new mattress was this easy I would have bought one a long time ago. I went in not really knowing what I wanted and not really knowing too much about the different mattress styles available. I had the pleasure of working with Melissa who greeted me with a warm smile and pleasant, not pushy attitude. It sure was nice to be so at ease with a salesperson who was knowledgeable and informative without giving me the hard sell. Melissa showed me the different types of mattresses and based on my sleep style she was able to offer several options that fit my needs. And the best part was she gave me choices that were affordable and perfect for my budget. Thanks to you Melissa I will be able to get a the rest I need to make it through my busy day. You made shopping fun and stress free. Some of the other mattress stores made me very uncomfortable trying to bully me into buying something I didn't want and couldn't afford. I went to Mattress Firm back in July because I desperately needed a new bed. My back was killing me and the bed was too soft. I have back problems and the Dr advised me to get a firm good mattress and Bob an awesome guy at Slidell helped me pick out the best mattress there for my needs. He advised me to sleep on it and break it in and if it wasn't the most comfortable mattress I could exchange it. Well nearly 3 months of sleeping on the most expensive firm engineered Stearns and foster I could have gotten I threw in the towel and called to ask about the exchange policy thinking it was going to be a big deal and pain in the neck. Enter Rodney the other awesome guy there who helped me select my new mattress and made arrangement for my exchange. Seamless, and no sweat this was a super experience and when I or my friends need a new mattress I'm sending them to Bob and Rodney at North shore BLVD Mattress Firm store in Slidell. Professional no pressure, and empathetic to my predicament. Great...
