Sleep Number — Hotel in Slidell

We’ve enjoyed our Sleep Number Climate 360 bed for 9 months. The ability to have individual temperatures was key in our decision to purchase. It has proven correct. The female uses one “notch” (of 3) for both full body warmth and foot warming. She varies the duration from several hours to all night, depending on how cold our room might get. The male uses one “notch” for full body coolness, for all night. Previously, the male used to wake up with sweating around the neck. This is no longer a problem with the Sleep Number bed. Occasionally, if the room is on the warm side, two notches of coolness can really help.

The store manager in Slidell was terrible! First of all, we went back the Saturday before our delivery to add a base. He told us that only customer service could add it, and that he would call us before 10:30 Monday morning to get that handled. I did not hear from him. On Wednesday, I called him to find out what was going on. The salesperson put me in touch with customer service, who added the base and told me that the manager could have added the base that day. My experience at this Sleep Number was exceptional. Although there were car dealership vibes, I never felt like I was being pressured, suckered, and manipulated into buying the product. My guy Reggie was really great! He took a lot of time explaining how these beds work and differ from an ordinary mattress, all the while my 5-year old son was getting into all sorts of shenanigans. The level of professionalism and customer service was top notch. I haven't received my mattress yet but when it does I'll update this post about my sleep experience and the type of mattress I have.
