Panda Express — Restaurant in South Gate

Did an online order, when I went to pick up! I stood in line followed all the guidelines, then one of the people who worked there on Saturday 4/4/20 around 1:40 pm. Was rude and told me to get out I understand, I had a question about pick up that’s why I entered But told be a couple times please leave the restaurant. Now secondly when I got my order I went to my car to check my order and decided to call because it looked like some items were missing, this was my first time ordering the family meal! Instead of going back I decided to call and someone by the name of Juan or John answered and I had a question about the family meal since this was my first time ordering, making sure they didn’t miss anything! And he first sounded rude when he picked up and then when I asked me I think I’m missing a few items, he just told me no family meal is only come with 5 orders! And I told him oh okay but on the receipt it said differently and he hanged up! I didn’t bother wasting my time calling back! I’m shocked that they just hanged up like that! I work for customer service! And it’s not an easy job but still you have to try to be courteous. That’s all I’m going to say won’t order from Panda Express South...

Used to come here all the time pre-covid and staff wasn't ever friendly but they weren't rude. Went today after months and it seems everyone is extremely rude. There are no instructions posted anywhere and its really hard to see through the glass if there's people inside so when i tried entering i was rudely told to stay outside. I finally order and the girl taking my order was also rude and sends me back out to their other door for pickup. Great. I go to the other door and as soon as I open it they tell me to stay outside. No other instructions. How am I supposed to get my food or know its ready as i wait outside? I stay outside and a girl talks thru a radio that I guess is supposed to be loud enough to hear from outside. I get my food and leave. I'd been coming here for years and this was my first time going since covid. Will not be...

Slow service. Very unpleasant. At first it was nice..but on my third visit.it was awful. Half the items were missing. There was no cook but girls standing over the cook area with the so called..I'm not going to cook face..I asked when is it getting filled.and they had a fuchi face..they said 7 mins..I waited..nothing..nothing was cooking..not until the guys arrived and THEY started cooking..how poor customer service. girls if you can't take the heat, stay AWAY from the kitchen.
