Five Below — Local services in South Gate

So today, I went to the store to go look for a trash bin that looks like a coffee cup, and I just ask a simple question, do u guys have or or not, and one of the guys asked another guy, but he was stocking some things, he was working with some other Old lady employee there, I guess, and he was trying to help me and tell me where to get it or what day shipping comes in the store? She just keeps going and going about the little boxes. The product they were stocking just starts yelling, "Watch it, watch it , or something like that." It is just really annoying when he's trying to help me out with my question, and she's over here more worried about the product being stocked. Why doesn't she not just do it herself instead of just yelling and not letting me hear the other employee finish speaking? I found that very rude. And then I turned around cashier saw and i think she noticed that I was upset. She was very nice, tho. I went to go pay, but then I just canceled my order because I was just a little bit bothered by that. I didn't feel like getting anything at all, It was really frustrating. Why couldn't the old lady...

Rude. There was a line of 4-5 people and one cashier ringing. On top of the people she was ringing up they had a lot of stuff. There was a manager in the back counting tills. Not once did he acknowledge the line. Instead he was talking to his cashier being very distracting for them both. He was counting tills but instead of focusing and or rushing to finish counting, him and her both continue to talk to each other. He was taking forever to count one till because he would stop to talk. By this point I felt like we were in line for line 10mins. I was the second person in line. Like wth. Finally he opens a till once the line reaches like 8 people. I finally get rung up and what are they doing still talking to each other. Not even being acknowledged as a customer. Also when we walked in we weren’t greeted. She literally looked at us when we walked in and said nothing. I’m only pointing this out because I’m greeted at every five below. So yeah. The experience here was pretty terrible. Get it to together is all I’m saying. Especially if...

I actually love this store and I really would like to love it more but this particular location which is the one I run to out of convenience has quite a bit of unnecessary flaws. The store has really high shelves, which is fine but the lower shelves end up empty and there is never any employee around to help you reach the higher shelves. A store with this much foot traffic needs to replenish their shelves consistently. Then you get to the cashier line, long lines don't bother me it is a bargain store so I expect long lines however when you finally get your turn to pay the cashiers seem upset that you are bothering them with your purchase. When you come in to the store someone yells out a greeting, lets replace that with a greeting when you come to the cashier and friendly customer service.
