Jack in the Box — Restaurant in South Gate

Wished i could give it a lower score but sadly i cant the reason is because i ordered a burger with a shake and they didnt make my shake so i went to go tell them if they can make my shake since they didnt make it when they were supposed to so i went and the MANAGER was attending people next to the cashiers so i went in line and i was next and she looked at me and walked away I repeatily said excuse me to get her attention and she just looked at me she completley ignored me and i repeat this was the MANAGER the one the runs the whole reasturant seems like she isn't running it well i advise not to go there i will never...

Worst time to go is at 4am. First of all rude employees with very bad customer service, the employee at the window really needs better training. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and tell me why it has egg shells all in the sandwich,your gonna tell me when your cracking the egg to cook it you dont see egg shells??? I cant believe the employees at this place so incredibly careless serving customers this way. And tiny tacos were stale and not cooked all the way. So disappointed never...

I came around the 8th of this month to buy food after getting out from work. & I just realized that one of your employees, that was working that night Charged me $221 from my ebt. 😒😒😒😒😒😒 I always come around this jack's location because it's the closest & was my favorite. Now it's my least fav. & Dealing with some trust issues. I would like a refund, please!!!!
