Ordered ahead using the app well over an hour before I planned to pick up my order. When I arrived at the store at my scheduled pick up time, my order was not ready, though several other online orders were. The woman behind the register informed me they were making it now. I waited for 10+ minutes and watched the staff serve 5 other customers in line, several of whom entered after I did, and still did not see anyone preparing my order. I spoke up again and inquired about my order. Another woman cut me off and said she was making it right now. She started putting it together and then informed me they were waiting on the cooks to finish one of my order items. I asked her what the point of me ordering ahead was. I pointed out that if I had just walked in and gotten in the line that I would have been served faster and already been out the door. She had no answer for me, but apologized, said they were short staffed, and tried to blame their ordering system. When I reminded her that they seemed to be able to prepare other online orders without issue, she thanked me for my patience and ended the conversation. Read moreI arrived 50 minutes before closing at the E Sprague location and pulled in the drive-thru. I began to place my order and was immediately met with rude remarks. I ordered orange chicken and was told there would be a 7 minute wait on it which I was fine with; the Beijing beef was also going to be a 7 minute wait, the rice was a 3 minute wait. At this point I’m confused why nothing was ready. I then said I would like a side of the teriyaki chicken and a new person came over the speaker system and shouted at me very rudely and said “an that one sir is going to be 20 minutes” the entire time the entire staff is staring at me through the windows laughing making me very uncomfortable. When I pulled up at the window to pay I asked if I could add a soda to my order and this very rude slammed the window closed on me without responding and began to fill a soda cup. She didn’t even ask what kind of soda I wanted. I drove off as I was not going to be treated like that at a place that is already over priced. This rude employee is probably pushing away lots of business. I will not be returning to this panda location. I ended up driving t to the one 20 minutes further from my house to order my food....
Read moreSometimes I come here for a quick side of fried rice (I wish they had more vegetarian options!) and I've never had a problem going through the drive thru but last night around 7 pm I went inside to pick up my order which I received a notification for about half an hour prior that it was ready but none of the employees had any clue what was going on. I stood at the counter for some time and wasn't even acknowledged so I had to yell to get someone's attention, only to find out my order wasn't yet ready (I was not told this but had to assume that was the situation as I watch them prepare the rice). There was no communication and the employees seemed to have a short fuse. This is understandable as it was close to closing time but the service was still disappointing. After being handed my rice I tried to ask for soy sauce but was interrupted by other people that had walked in to grab their orders. I waited for them to be helped before I could get my soy sauce..I felt like I was being ignored and did not have a good customer experience.
