Come stay at @Otonomus Hotel in Vegas with me! I forgot to mention that this is also a place where people live as well. Would you stay or live at A AI hotel? #lasvegas #AI #vegas

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out it was a 0 star experience, the only good thing about it was the location. For what we needed (Allegiant stadium) the location was only minutes away driving and if you’re brave, walking distance. The lack of normalcy at the front desk is ridiculous. They can’t edit a reservation so when we checked in “early” we had to do a separate reservation for that day and they all acted like they did us a favor when we had to wait until check in (1pm, though we got in at 10am) after a 28 hour drive in from Ohio. The next day, instead of being able to use that reservation for the remainder of our stay, we had to check out and then check back in but.. they again acted like they did us a solid because we got to stay in our same room .. yay? Once we checked out and back in, we were assured we were good to go but then we got locked out of our room for a solid 45 minutes. They assured us at check in they weren’t charging for housekeeping YET, we were charged $100 for the first night. Thats another issue, housekeeping NEVER came to our room, that’s right, after a 5 night stay and only leaving the room once during the day and the other times at night we never not once had housekeeping to our room. The side doors are exit only which is extremely inconvenient (get ready to walk a mile from your parking spot to your room each time) most cleaning staff and guests use a rock to prop the door open but no matter what you do, either the security guard removes it and you’re locked out or someone else does and you have to take the mile trek back to your room from the front entrance. They define corner suites as the corner of the hallway, not like normal hotels where a corner suite is the corner of the actual building SO bear that in mind when you’re questioning paying an additional $40 per night. Actually, just don’t - the regular rooms have a much better layout and it saves you $40 per night. The walls and really everything is extremely thin so also be prepared to have sleepless nights. We heard kids running around at all hours on the night above us and because it’s also a pet friendly hotel, a poor fur baby was left alone in the room next to us and was panicking all night. And no, in case you’re wondering, staff did nothing. There’s zero laundry services “at all unfortunately” (quoted from a front desk employee) YET they rent the rooms as apartments and support extended stays…. they expect you to go to a laundry mat which is again, baffling and extremely inconvenient so if you’re in town on a long stay, bring double of everything so you don’t have to. The bathroom (refer above when you’re looking at the rooms because again, the regular rooms have a different and better layout, even the bathroom) the shower is legit useless except for the fact you need it lol. They have it set up to have half of a door so half of the shower is wide open AND the half door actually works like a door which is not only pointless but unsafe! They are asking for an accident or lawsuit so please be extremely careful! There’s nothing to hold on to and nowhere to put washcloths or soap. (Quick video attached) There was also a god awful brown rust kind of stain in the shower! I did bring cleaning supplies and tried to clean it but to no avail Then if all of this isn’t bad enough, checkout was a NIGHTMARE Will edit this to add the rest of my thoughts

### 5.0 star rating 7/30/2025 Just stayed at the brand-new Otonomus Hotel in Las Vegas for a quick weekend getaway, and wow, this place is a game-changer! As someone who's tired of the chaotic Strip scene, Otonomus is the perfect off-Strip oasis—only about 7 minutes from Allegiant Stadium, but far enough to feel relaxed and upscale. It's billed as the world's first fully AI-powered hotel, and it totally lives up to the hype. The check-in was seamless with their AI concierge app; no waiting in line, just scan your phone and you're in. Our room was a spacious suite with a full kitchenette, super comfy king bed, and smart tech everywhere—voice-controlled lights, temperature, and even personalized recommendations for local spots. The bathroom was luxurious with high-end toiletries and a rain shower that felt like a spa. Everything was spotless and modern, like stepping into the future. Amenities-wise, the two outdoor pools were a highlight—one's a chill rooftop vibe with amazing city views, and the other is more family-friendly. We grabbed dinner at their rooftop restaurant, and the food was surprisingly good—fresh, innovative dishes with a tech twist (think AI-suggested pairings). Free WiFi was lightning-fast, and parking was complimentary, which is rare in Vegas. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything. Only minor nitpick: since it's so new (just opened this summer), a couple of the smart features had brief glitches, but the team fixed them right away. At around $400/night plus resort fees, it's not cheap, but for the luxury and innovation, it's worth every penny. If you're looking for a chic, tech-forward stay away from the crowds, Otonomus is your spot. Can't wait to come back! Highly recommend.

Where to start. This is a brand new hotel with an eye to being fully automated in every way. I see you get what you pay for. It is inexpensive compared to the Durango and although prices fluctuate everywhere it was also cheaper than the Springhill suites down the road.||Let’s start with the check-in process. They’ve only been open about a month and it took us about 25 minutes to sort out getting me checked in and it took two people. So automation is still somewhat aspirational.||The shared space was a plus - they have a bar that’s open until 10 and a self service store with chips and snacks and five dollar .85 ounce tubes of toothpaste. No alcohol for sale in the store. And no, you’re not going to be walking anywhere from this hotel because there’s nothing anywhere around it (yet). It also had a nice looking pool area and I understand there are actually two pools.||The room I got was absolutely enormous. It was a really long walk from the front desk area, as the complex is very large. I was on the third floor. It was extremely quiet. The hallways are very wide, most likely because they’re planning on bringing in a robot to trundle down those halls at some point in the future doing robot things. There’s a weird internal/external closet where they will drop off deliveries and things like that for you. ||The beds were hard as a rock. So was the sofa. The sheets were scratchy. The pillows were OK. Towels were clean and plentiful but low quality. Almost 0 decor in the room so it seemed cavernous and empty. Full kitchen complete with things like silverware and plastic carving knives (not useful). And a lot of weird doors that are locked which makes you wonder what’s behind them. That made me extremely uncomfortable. I think one must’ve been a connecting door, one must be storage and I’m guessing one might be a placeholder for a washer dryer for people who move in. Also, there is no cleaning that happens no matter how long you stay, but for $100 someone will swap out your towels and garbage. I’m not sure what happens if you stay long enough to fill up the garbage, do you have to haul it out yourself? So many questions. No desk, I had to drag the dining table next to the wall so I could plug in my laptop and have a place to work.||My view was of the garbage, parking lot, and a warehouse. I assume some rooms have better views and a few appeared to have balconies so if you’re going here, I would request one of those. This place is a combination residence and Airbnb style hotel so not sure how they divvy those up. No iron, although I later found a steamer under the sink.||When I turned on Netflix on the TV, the previous visitor’s account was there. Because I’m a nice normal person, I just watched a movie, but somebody could really screw up your account. Very uncool that they didn’t think to reset that. I will report it on my way out.||I would say value for money it’s OK, it just depends on your taste and preference. If you like big, new, modern, spare, and you don’t mind a hard bed, this may be the place for you. It’s decent for groups because there is a communal space downstairs. I probably...

Hate is not enough how much I dislike this hotel. Booked a 2bedroom with Expedia just to be surprised to walk in 1 bedroom room. Showed the reservation with Expedia and end up getting 2 separate rooms. I know it’s busy weekend and said they are fully booked but this reservation was booked more than 3months ago. The room given is not ready for accommodation. We ran in to a lot of issues on this hotel…have maintenance to install safety deposit..thermostat not working..both room keys is not working and the worst things is being LOCKED OUT IN OUR ROOM not able to get out. We’re able to meet & see Regie (maintenance guy who’s very nice and pleasant) regularly. The room is big but sterile..bed is hard and creaky..so was the sofa. No basic programming on TV. The touch screen communication is useless & ineffective. Lots of weird doors in the room that locked…keep you wondering(?). The walls are paper thin - so you can everything..no sort of soundproofing. It’s like a maze finding your room.

There’s an assistant manager there that acts like a robot upfront that would not crack a smile or apologize. Her favorite word is UNFORTUNATELY.. unfortunately you booked it which Expedia we can’t do anything about it... unfortunately we can not moved you in on your booked room any earlier until the normal 3 o’clock..unfortunately we can give you refund for all your inconvenience because you booked it with a third party…unfortunately we can’t give you a instant credit because it has to go with insurance claim. Yes, we ASKED for compensation, for all this hassle especially when our foods got spoiled when the fridge power went out because of short circuit when they fixing the door. The manager was nice enough to give us late check out instantly when we asked him after we got locked out in our room and walked us back in our when my friend left her phone inside even when he was the only person upfront. But not this Nancy…she’s not courteous..uncaring…would not even bother get up on up from her seat and as I’ve mentioned earlier no apology. She thinks the late check out was fair enough for all the inconvenience and awful experience. She told us they’re fully booked when they are actually rooms available directly in their website when we online besides there’s not a single soul I ran into our entire floor except for maintenance people.

No sort of housekeeping available unless you pay $100 which was not declared upfront when we checked in…told by maintenance guy Regie it’s by request (which is true), asked the houseman when we finally get a trash bin in the room after 24hr..yay. who doesn’t know a thing-(he said he will ask his manager) and been told by this assistant manager Nancy..it’s in our website!!!

It’s only our FIRST day, hoping to survive this NIGHTMARE for the rest...
