I HONESTLY RECCOMEND FOR ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! Althought it is new and the rooms are large and confortable, I had a couple of issues there that are enough to bitter any experience. I stayed with my family there in november 2024, and I have purple hair (so I always bring my hair towel to avoid it bleeding on hotel towels). When we got to the hotel, we were informed that house keeping was ONLY BY REQUEST and ONLY EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS (this was informed by email by the hotel themselves) ! We were staying only for a few days, so we decided to not ask for house keeping at all (every night when we got to the hotel I asked for fresh towels in the front desk). On our second day, without me asking for it, house keeping went into my room to make the beds (that was all she did, because I found a dead roach in my room when I got back). Since I had not asked for house keeping, I left my hair towel drying in the bathroom (on its own hanger). When we got back in the end of the day, my towel was gone. I went downstairs to the front desk to inquire about it (I thought that HK might have taken it by mistake, althought my towel did not look like the hotel towels). They assured me that they would look for it (since it was probably in the hotel laundry). I asked for an update the next day when I got back and the gentleman in the FD had no idea what I was talking about, but said again he would look for it (he said that the hotel laundry would be made on the next day only, so it should be easy to find my towel). Finaly my check-out day came and my towel was still nowhere to be found. I was finally able to talk to the lady in charge of housekeeping, who ACCUSED ME of accusing the house keeping lady of STEALING MY TOWEL. I assured her I was doing no such thing, that I was only trying to get my hair towel back from the laundry (by mistake). Too late! When she was not accusing me, she was making fun of me, saying that my "oh so precious towel" was not found. She made a point of doing this so loud that everyone in the hotel lobby could hear her. I decided to quit about my towel because I had already delayed my departure for too long. Before going, I wasked to talk to the manager in charge to let her know what happened as someone who has also worked in hotels. The lady manager could not have been ruder! She was a total Karen about the situation - she said that I was accusing her staff of stealing (which again I made sure to tell her that the must have been taken together with the other towels BY MISTAKE!) and accused me of badmouthing the house keeper in charge (you know, the one was making fun of me for looking for my towel)! I seriously do not recommend this hotel. The worst part is not having one of your possessions go missing, but hearing serious accusations when you are the victim of something that is not even a big issue! I let them know about my towel not because I thought (or said) that it was stolen, but because I was sure it had gotten mixed by mistake with the hotel towels. Instead of the hotel staff being professional about this, they decided to go full-on Karen on a paying guest (probably because I am from abroad). Your stuff goes missing from your room and you are accused of making staff unconfortable! Goodness me, all they had to say was "sorry for this inconvenience, and we will trying to find your belongings ASAP". Even if in the end they could not find it, the least they had to say was "we appologise for this, but unfortunately we were not able to locate you belonginds, if you would like, we can send it your way if we locate it". Obviously I would not have asked for this, but it it called BEING POLITE AND ADMITTING YOUR MISTAKE! Instead, you are the only to be blamed and laughed at (the manager did not even wait for me to leave the hotel to start badmouthing me; I was explaing the situation to my family and could HEAR THEM SAYING HOW RIDICULOUS AND PATHETIC I WAS! There was no appology, just plain disdain. This is not how a normal person behaves, specially one that...
Read moreWe spent a long time choosing this hotel, and it was not an easy task. After traveling in many countries, we know that even at high prices, service quality often falls short. We were looking for a place to stay comfortably the night before our flight.
Pros • New and fresh hotel. This is immediately noticeable and a huge advantage. In most hotels of this class, you find outdated renovations, musty-smelling furniture, and dirty carpets. Here it was the opposite: the furniture smelled of wood, the room was clean and well maintained. • Quality details. The bathroom amenities were good, and the room had a mini-kitchen and a full-size refrigerator — something very convenient for families. • Atmosphere. The hotel is compact, neat, and decorated in bright colors that create a cheerful mood even on a gloomy day. • Pool. It is small but cozy. We couldn’t judge the cleanliness because of the rain, but having a pool is a plus by itself.
Cons • Breakfast. When booking, it was not stated that breakfast was complimentary, so we expected a proper, full breakfast. Instead, the included breakfast turned out to be very minimal and based on the cheapest products. There was nothing remotely healthy: the yogurt tasted chemical, the only tea was Lipton (which barely counts as tea), and there were no vegetables whatsoever. For my vegetarian daughter, it was almost impossible to have a meal. I am confident that with just a slightly higher budget, much better-quality options could be offered to guests. • Bedding and pillows. This was perhaps the biggest drawback. The pillows were lumpy with unclear filling. The bedding was entirely synthetic, which is very hard for people with allergies. Our nights were very uncomfortable. The bedspreads had stains that either do not wash out or are not properly cleaned. Because they are synthetic, they cannot be bleached. Even the cotton bedspreads that were present had turned gray and carried unpleasant stains. Good cotton bedding costs about the same, but it can be bleached, lasts longer, and looks crisp and fresh. Even in lower-rated hotels we have often found excellent, clean cotton linens. • Air conditioning. The unit requires serious maintenance. It’s not enough to clean only the vents — the inside unit needs cleaning as well. It was producing a very unpleasant odor that made it hard to breathe. • Staff. The front desk staff were polite, but other employees clearly lacked friendliness and smiles. This makes a big difference in the guest experience. Whether due to low pay or simply a lack of attention to hospitality, it does not leave a good impression.
Conclusion
Dear hotel management, most of your guests stay here before a flight, after arrival, or during a layover. At such moments, having a good night’s sleep in a clean and comfortable environment is absolutely crucial. The quality of the bedding, the freshness of the air, and the overall comfort directly impact how people feel before their next journey or important meeting.
Your hotel has great potential — it is new, neat, and convenient. But the issues with breakfast, bedding, and air conditioning must be addressed. If these shortcomings are corrected, I am sure many guests, including us, would be happy to...
Read moreAbsolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable!
This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of cleanliness and service here is completely unacceptable.
Upon checking into the room, we immediately noticed one of the beds was covered in numerous human hairs—absolutely disgusting! We called the front desk right away, and the receptionist told us they would call back regarding the issue. After waiting 30 minutes with no response, we had to go downstairs ourselves, only to be handed a bedsheet and told to change it ourselves. Is this a hotel or a self-service hostel? Thankfully, another staff member nearby kindly offered to help, so we left, assuming the issue would be resolved.
When we returned, things got even worse. The other bed had two large, visible yellow stains right in the middle of the sheet. We called the front desk again, and this time, no one even bothered to answer. Once again, we had to go downstairs, and once again, we were simply handed a bedsheet and expected to change it ourselves. To make matters worse, the sheet was the wrong size—a full instead of a queen. At that point, we gave up.
As if that wasn’t enough, we also found leftover snacks on the carpet from the previous guest, proving that housekeeping had not done its job at all. The toilet paper roll had a large dark stain, and the kitchen knives were covered in grime on both sides.
To make things even more frustrating, upon check-in, we were informed that there was a $12 parking fee. This was strange because one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because parking was supposed to be free. The front desk explained that this was a new policy starting on December, but we had made our reservation before this change. Why was there no email or notification about this policy update?
This hotel is an absolute disgrace. Dirty rooms, unresponsive staff, and unexpected fees—this is not just bad service; it’s complete negligence. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs!
The next day, we stayed at another location of the same hotel chain, and we were pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was warm, professional, and welcoming, making check-in a smooth experience. The room was spotless, the sheets were fresh, the kitchenware was gleaming, and there was no parking fee! This proves that the issue is not with the Home2 Suites brand itself but specifically with this particular location.
Avoid this hotel—there are much better...
