I have been going here for over 12 years. There is zero consistency. I have tried to hold off on writing a review because I always am optimistic that they’re finally gonna get it right there. Some of the worst drinks I’ve had at Starbucks in the entire world I’ve had there and for the most part I have not complained. I’ve accepted it as is because I’m on my way to work or I have someplace to be, but I’ve even been referred by the people who work there to call the regional because they admitted that they know it’s not the best which is insane.
Even if you ask for light ice, you’re not gonna get it you’re gonna get a cup full of ice if you order a Venti. I drink nitro cold bruise consistently for years going there, and then half the time the machine wasn’t working, and then the other half of the time everything was stuck at the bottom, same with the Matcha. They charge you for the strawberry foam or the lavender foam and all it is is a spoonful on top and when you question it, they say they don’t have anymore. The sandwiches have been cold. The egg bites have been cold. I just don’t understand this location. It has just never been consistent in any way shape or form with food and drink and it’s no matter the item so many people I know have been to this location as well and same thing, if you could go to another location close by or closer to where you work like I’m now doing I would highly suggest it. nothing there being asked to make is different than other locations but for some reason this location cannot get it right and it is on a very consistent basis. It is like roulette, depending on what you’re gonna order if you’re gonna be happy and for the amount of what you’re paying for each item you should be happy and there have been so many times where I’ve had to throw my drink...
Read moreIt's average; just about what you'd expect with any other Starbucks.
I don't usually frequent any Starbucks as I'm not a fan, but this one is in close proximity. So, this is the one that I end up at if I'm meeting people in the area who do want Starbucks. Especially if I have a gift card/code that I need to burn :-)
That being said, at the moment, I cannot think of any visits that were bad. The staff is friendly-ish and moderately attentive, my orders have typically been correct the first time, and they are usually ready in a few minutes or less. I guess the only criticism I can give here is that they could be a little more vigilant on wiping the tables off. But it's not too bad and the rest of the establishment seems to be fairly clean and in good order during the times I've been there.
I have only gone through the drive-thru once or twice that I can remember, and it seemed okay. I don't recall anything bad (long wait times, incorrect orders, etc) during those visits.
The inside is where I tend go in and, again, its about what you'd expect. They've utilized the space decently enough to accommodate the average daily crowd(s). We only tend to stay between 15-30 minutes and it is a pretty straight forward (normal/unremarkable) experience.
If I must go to a Starbucks for any reason during the week, this one is an okay pick and...
Read moreJake, the most ambitious and charismatic barista I have known, was wrongfully terminated by the, and I use this term loosely, managerial staff, of which has had multiple complaints against them by multiple employees in the last year, just to be further disappointed by PCC in attempts at being rehired to continue his ASU education, support his post cancer medicinal necessities, and strengthen his already unwaivering love for the company. Now, mid year, he must struggle to search for the means to pay for his life-saving medications and neurological treatments as well as locate a local college, seemingly less qualified on his major, after having already finished 1 and a half semesters at ASU. Terribly unprofessional and distasteful on this company's, and store #08312's, end. No longer will I continue to support a company that allows such unjustifiable acts of tyrannical power at any end. Let us not neglect to mention the terms on which he was fired, losing everything he worked over years for- a, singular, free drink discount that was never proven to even have been used by...
