Home Instead has come under new ownership, and they are awful. They double-billed us at the start of last month in April, so over $10k was withdrawn from our account. After much back and forth ending with me cancelling services completely, they finally returned half of it, but have yet to return the other half. On April 6th, I was told a check would be sent in the remaining amount. It is now a month later and they are lying about my bank refusing a deposit refund for the amount still owed.
