Service atmosphere and food was amazing 5/5 I tried the Skirt Sandwich it was quite good was pan seared with olive oil from the taste of it and served with a delicious aioli. I asked for a side salad which was a delightful crisp spring mix mostly consisting of fresh arugula and spinach and juicy garden cherry tomatoes.

I asked for blue cheese which tasted amazing looked fresh and appeared to be either made in house or from a higher quality brand if so. They were chunks of delicious blue cheese which almost reminded me of paneer In resemblance.

My server I didn’t catch her name a very sweet woman with blondish hair. I noticed her checking in with every single guest every few minutes for quality control and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Pricing is actually quite on par for the establishment being in a high end hotel such as Hilton however also quite economical a nicely balanced without being too pricey or without you suspecting the food would be of lesser quality because this simply wasn’t the case.

I do miss their mango duck quesadillas please bring this back one of my favorite menu items. I also noticed numerous vegetarian options which would be very sufficient for anyone who dines veg.

I don’t live in the area however if I do return at some point I wouldn’t hesitate dining in this...

I had another wonderful dining experience at the Hilton Tampa International Airport. The highlight of my visit was Chef Brian and his amazing staff — especially Brenda, who always provides exceptional service.

I was disappointed to learn that the Lightning Shrimp had been taken off the menu, but when I mentioned it, Chef Brian went above and beyond by recreating the dish just for me. It was every bit as incredible as I remembered, and I truly hope the Hilton considers bringing this signature item back so that all guests can enjoy it again.

For my main course, I ordered the steak with broccolini, which was cooked to absolute perfection, as always. Consistency, flavor, and attention to detail are what keep me coming back as a regular.

What a great dining experience! Our server, Christina, was so remarkable. I am a very picky eater and an even more picky customer. I expect high end and quality and this is what Christina and the folks at Coast Restaurant provided us. Christina and the kitchen staff made our dinner so incredibly enjoyable. So nice to be able to sit in an upscale restaurant with the grandkids and have the server and staff make you feel so comfortable and at home. No rushing, always smiling throughout the night.
