If zero Stars could be given, that is what I would be putting. Unfortunately, It is not an option in the reviews. I was literally just hung up on when I asked the name of the female associate because they left off almost $8 worth of our food. She literally argued and got loud with me on the phone. Of course it's biased because it was three of my family members, but I'm sure everyone knows and can understand what I am talking about. I do not appreciate that. The only thing open at 1:30 at night in this area is Taco Bell, and when you're up at night because you work overnight and you get hungry, you've got to find something. There have been multiple times that our orders have been wrong or missing things, and as far as wrong I mean simple things like no sour cream, have been ignored. But like I said before, you don't have much of a choice on food when you have other people living in the same house, (a spouse that works days) and can't cook a full meal during the middle of the night. In my younger years, I've worked fast food. It is not that difficult to look at a computer screen and see what a customer orders and prepare it accordingly. And when you order from a fast food establishment, not a sit-down restaurant, $30 worth of food, even $20 worth of food, you should definitely expect it to be correct. You also don't expect to be argued with, (extremely rudely, agressivly and loudly and then hung up on by an associate working at Taco Bell. Absolutely one of the worst experiences of any of the Tarpon Springs area fast food restaurants that I have ever experienced. Completely absurd and rude and unacceptable! Definitely don't leave the parking lot until you have made sure your order is correct and is all there. And don't expect resolution if you are in a hurry or what not and need to leave before checking it to get home so the order is still fresh. I hope that the franchise owner is more concerned with quality and customer service than the people that are hired on...
Read moreI have done many a Taco Bell in my 40+ years of being on this continent. From the 80-90s where 5 bucks would get you a bunch of food to feast on while playing in arcades and doing cruising in the cruise areas of town. Hek, I recall seeing Demolition Man and seeing Taco Bell won the food wars. Yet there was always something about that Taco Supreme from the Bell that hit the soul just right. Not sure if it is the way the sour cream and tomatoes interact with he meat in it or what but it brings a sense of delight that few other foods can manifest After so many years of not eating Bell food (think last time was when they introduced the Nacho Fries), I had a craving for some. We hit the nearest one and found out it was also Free Doritos taco Tuesday. Placed an order to get that taste bud delightful memory to pop up and it did it well. The first supreme was savored and felt good to unwrap to see that familiar serving from my teen years staring back. With each bite, nights of times past flooded my mind as the food was slowly enjoyed by my mouth. With the last of the first taco gone, reached for the next one ..and that is when I saw something for the first time. The next taco was in a river of...oil? I had not ever seen this before and decided to pour whatever was attempting to drown my next taco into the sink. Gave that taco a bit of time to reclaim it's status as a hand held while I move on to the next one This one did not disappoint and was a good feed as well. Turning back to the 2nd one, I found to my curiousness that it was not able to be a handheld as it's others had been. A fork was needed to eat it as whatever oils it had come in had stripped away the ability to stay together. Ah wellz....ya can't win em all. Give them a go if you have not had the Bell in some time. They still have that spark for hitting the spot when you crave something late at night. May yours come with less oil than mine and the right amount of goodness in food...
Read moreThey missed a whole cravings box and so I proceeded to go around to get it resolved through drive thru, no one would answer me via machine, finally pulling up to window and nobody came, note it was still 3 mins before “closing” (at 11 pm now?) Then one of the employees had the audacity to peep her head out (assuming it’s the cashier that’s named on the receipt) notices me, and quickly ducks back so she can leave and go home instead of helping me. I worked a 16 hr shift, going back in in about 7 hrs from now, all I wanted was my food and they couldn’t provide a decent service. Obviously the manager didn’t care either because she saw me behind the car she was helping (which I’m assuming they messed up their order too) so I’m understandably upset more about the horrible work ethic and the employees more than the missing food at this point. It’s always night employees that gives me the issues apparently, like they put the people who don’t care enough about their job on that schedule. Sadly I kinda get it, I’ve worked in fast food too but at least my previous manager would’ve never let that happen. So now I’m just here with a singular burrito and a Pepsi, just...
