Had to ask them to remake 3 times! First time it didn’t look or taste right. I don’t like asking people to remake my drinks but I paid over $6 for it and I get it all the time. First time I asked it was because I saw another girl mess it up as she was making it and it didn’t look or taste right so I asked someone else if they can. I told her I hate to be a pain in the behind but I asked if she could remake it for me because it didn’t look right. She asked me what’s wrong with it because that’s a cold brew and what I asked for. I told her yes it is a cold brew but I get this all the time and it looks really separated and I just would appreciate it if it could be remade. She proceeded to give me a hard time and massive attitude about it but she still remade my drink but it looked really dark. I asked if she put oat milk in it like I ordered and she said no because she didn’t have my ticket and I asked if she can just remake it for me again then and she slammed a cup on the counter with oatmilk in it and told me to do it myself and have a nice day. I was so upset. I normally mobile order my drinks because I have really horrible anxiety and it’s hard to order for me in store. I wound up asking the manager to make it for me and it was perfect. My boyfriend who hates coffee even liked it. This was my first time visiting this location. Unless you train your staff in hospitality and customer service, you’ll have a lot of unhappy customers. Not sure if I will come back.

Read moreDuring December I went in to get my annual tree ornament or special figurine they put out and a coffee. I chose an item, went to the counter and intended to pay for the item and order a coffee. No one else was in line. Five people were working, one lady was cleaning the ovens and cold food counter, one man was working the drive through, THREE people were making coffee and all FIVE people saw me, made eye contact and not once did anyone acknowledge me. This was around 3 in the afternoon, it wasn't terribly busy and not at any time was I greeted. I expected at least a "hello, we will be with you in a moment or a thanks for waiting", but nothing. One woman literally tried to avoid even going near the register. After about 8 minutes a line formed and still no one even began to attempt to pay attention to the queue at the register. I tried getting the attention after the initial eye contact and then further avoidance of the people at the register. Said excuse me, raised my arm, looked at them, said hello, nothing. Read moreI called in to see if I could get my drink replaced because it wasn't made right. There were no caramel crunch pieces in my drink. I am, or at least was a regular customer. This store never gives me receipts in the first place. I spoke with Macayla (manager) and the store refused to replace the drink that was made wrong. I am extremely upset and disappointe about having to go through such lengths to get a replacement/refund. I had to call cooperate. Mcayla said the caramel crunch pieces were free so I actually didn't loose anything. I ordered a Caramel Crunch Frap with a double shot of expresso. She made me feel horrible as a customer. I asked for a store manager and was told that she would not be back till Friday, IF she contacted me back at all this week because she is busy. Which made me think that Macala would not truly bother to even relay the information I gave her to get contacted back. I have my original cup with the sticker on the side.
