After giving this people over 14k in business in the past couple years. We moved to a new location on the same town and I hired them to please come over to the new location and set up my computers and a printer they came over did the installation during the moving and i was left with setup and I was charged $500 for the setup. I never complain about price ever. Additionally I dont have long enough of wire to get to our phone I was told that I was going take a week to before they get to me even though I said that my company would be without phone just because a wire that it could have been loger. They were most concern about getting paid and not acutually finish that job they were hired for it. I paid them and i will now hire someone else to finish the work and get my business operational again.The picuture will speak for it self. Just not good...

Very good, US based tech support who can not only help you but UNDERSTANDS you and your problems too. I am not super tech savvy but I get by. I can turn it on, I can add new apps and I can access software and website based programs. But what Radiant did was make sure that we don't have to worry about tech help. We uses Radiant to manage our IT and they made it simple. When my business was migrating to a new IT provider, Doug from Radiant was there to walk and talk us through everything. Now I no longer worry about processes like adding and removing company users and when our email breaks their support knows what to do. They just get it and get us and what we need.
