If I could give this place 0 stars I would, my brother and I were getting a 6 line business plan. We ordered two phones which were out of stock, we were not informed they were in stock. We called an found they had arrived and verified that the other units we wanted to add to the plan were in stock, and were told yes. When we arrived at the store we were told they were out of stock. We worked with a young lady Kayla who was amazing, she attempted to help us, but when it came to setting up the business plan she needed here manager to assist. At this point we were now there well over an hour and past close. The manager had been assisting two other customers and was relatively rude to both (one was told the systems shut down and he couldnât process payment, the other was told her orders for phones werenât there and he wouldnât jump through hoops if it wasnât a solid sale) they literally had every excuse in the book. Covid, phone systems down, and back order due to apple those two customers letâs unhappy. When he finally got to us, we asked if he could get us the quoted price on the 4 new lines and the additional two phones we were bringing over. Wesley was rude and refused to quote the price for the plans and said that we would have two come back after waiting for nearly two hours. We asked if he could just quote us the price and start the process and he refused cause it was now after closing. We said that he was not providing good customer service and asked why he or his employee didnât tell us this? He said it was going to take two much time, we let him know we waited nearly a month for our phones and had been trying to resolve this, he said nothing could be done about that. We told him he was not providing good customer service and all we wanted was to resolve the issue we had been dealing with for a month and he said that we could leave his store and he would cancel the phone orders we placed. Mind you this is four phones(we were told were all in stock and sold out from under us) he was rude and this is very disheartening that Verizon allows this to be their representation. Pathetic!! After accessing my account, the 'service rep' never mentioned that I had replacement insurance on my plan. Instead, told me there was nothing he could do but offered to sell me a new upgrade that would cost $150 max up front and add $27 per month to my service plan. ( I have his notes) I asked where I could have someone look at my phone to see if it could be fixed. He suggested the Apple Store in Tampa that is over an hour away. Never mentioned a perfectly good repair place in the same mall!! I left and went on-line with Verizon's very helpful service rep, received my replacement phone on schedule with instructions to return the old phone, minus the battery. Went back to this same Verizon location and asked them if they would remove the battery. The same guy, along with someone named Chet told me it could not be done and refused to help. They were both remained sitting at a table visiting with each other and never stood up to talk with me. I left and once again took care of the problem myself. It was not available to look at so the representative (Casie)said she would order it for me to preview I did not approve of a purchase, and this representative proceeded to charge my account with all the bells and whistles for an iPhone watch series 8 .
