UPDATE: It finally arrived, an hour late,, and the woman was rude.. kept saying it wasn't her fault and not once did she apologize for being late. We WERE regular customers but after this fiasco of lies and horrible service, we will take our business elsewhere.

The food is always good. That isn't the problem. The problem is that it should have arrived 40 minutes ago. I called and was told that they had a lot of deliveries so it is out because the driver took a lot out. My food will have been driving around for an hour or more before it gets here... cold. They don't care either because when you call they just say it is coming. So disappointing. No...

Just picked up my regular food that i ordered for years. Beef and mushrooms. The beef was hard and chewy without any taste lots of mushrooms little meat. I always get egg foo young sauce on the side. This one did not taste anything like the sauce that we get. I called them to tell them that it’s not the sauce and they were arguing with me about. Gave me another sauce still not the same. I know what it’s supposed to taste like. I am not about to argue with them. Very ignorant people I am not stupid or crazy I know my food. Will not order from them again. Make sure that my family and friends will not support...

order ever so often always request bean sprouts added to orders and they put about 5 in there and charge me$ 1.50 extra for them ordered 4 seasons dish that has two shrimp in the dish and both were mushy i was very unhappy and i called to tell her she says sorry and could not have cared less no offer to replace or credit they never give you the value of the free offers in their coupons if you have delivery the coupon doesn't state that however all in all i have been pretty unhappy and don't plan to order there again they need to learn about customer service sometimes the food is good...
