Bay Shore Inn — Hotel in Town of Islip

As soon as we moved in the sink and tub didn't work in the first room so they moved us to another room which the same thing happens with the sink and tub it just does not drain properly and when the sink does drain it leaks into the room on the rug even though the cleaning ladies are very nice and I did see them clean very well it's a very old facility some of the front desk staff really sucks especially this older black women with some gray hair and glasses very rude telling me I can't stay another day I have to check out tomorrow morning even though every other staff member has no problem and just lets me pay for my room they are way overpriced they should only charge $70 not a hundred 110 but never in my life have I ever been in a hotel and had the cash to stay I'm someone telling me I can't yet you see this in crackheads and...

Pricey for the type of room $150/Sat night. Asked for a non-smoking room and yet you coupd smell smoke. Poorly painted walls. Hallway paneling is popping up and are taped up.

After being in the room for an hr. The light in bathroom wasn't turning on at all and had to walk downstairs and to front desk as there's no front desk log on the phones to just call to advise od this. To just have them change me to a different room!

Price said $120 on the window yet I got charged $150... Didn't even bother asking the worker when I had to go downstairs to turn the key in for the 1 room to get access to the other room. Just all very frustrating.

Gets 2 starts for the trying on customer service to make it right and the AC actually working in...

I should have spent the night sleeping with a hippopotamus and wake up tired from the snores not letting me sleep much because somehow that would be better better better by far than the most absolute unpleasant experience in my life! That misery of a motel can benefit from 20 wrecking balls destroying it and pounding every last bit of dirt down to the Earth's core. Not worth staying at even if it were free of charge. Its 2017, a bums bench has more chances of someone having a seat or sleep cuz at least its rains outside and the bum says hello! Toilet water is what not only washed the bathroom floor during my experience there but it apparently does wonders for that brown carpet....
