Bad customer service experience. As I was checking out with a family member the cashier came off as very nice and sweet. I was being complimented about every little thing and it just felt off. As I was about to check out after I was told the total I was asked if I liked spas. I wasn’t sure what they were referring to. As I was about to put in my card the cashier told me to “ stop and wait second”. She then went on to talk about this spa in another mall, then pulled out the booklet for the credit cards to tell me about cash back and spa credits. I wasn’t even asked if I was interested in the card. The booklet was out and she was ready to scan to start signing me up for a credit card. I responded with “ no thank you not today.” After I said that the cashiers tune changed. They responded with “ oh you don’t want to save money?”. I checked out was handed my receipt and the cashiers turned her back and walked away before I could gather my items. Do not push credit cards on your customers like this, read the room. This just left a bad taste in my mouth and I probably won’t be back at...

I was asking for prices - nothing has a price on it - to the cashier that was taking care of me, all of the sudden the other cashier comes close ( the one I described before ) and says to her co worker “ what’s the matter? Another one ??? !!! And they both starting laughing ….
I told the cashier that was helping me … “ another one as in another complicated customer ?? And she answer …. “ maybe “ ….. then I said to her … I’m just asking questions because nothing has a price on it and I’ve seen the same item with 4 different prices, I don’t mean to be another complicated customer “ …
And then, the cashier with braids said to her co worker … “ are you okey? Is she returning still??
My God …. Extremely rude, what a way to...

When I put the item on last week -- after cutting the tags off -- and got under the fluorescent lights at school, I noticed a stain on the front of the shirt. I went back to the store to try to obtain a refund, and the manager, Corey J., was incredibly condescending. He offered a store credit, but why would I want a credit for a store that sells damaged merchandise? I continued to advocate for a return, and he'd have no part of it. As other reviewers have noted, the store is a mess. Corey J. is doing a bang-up job all around. I'm pretty much done with Nordstrom Rack after many years of patronage. Notice, too, the lip service apologies that people are getting on their reviews. 'I'm sorry' is nice, but doing the right...
