If i could go lower stars on this review i would because my circumstances were extremely unacceptable. Placed a pickup order for a cricut maker and canceled the order 2 days later due to finding it cheaper and closer elsewhere. First time I called to cancel things went smooth and the lady told me my order would have been canceled. Second time i called back because i still never got the email that the order has been canceled. The helper mentioned that they never canceled my order the first time and that it would be this time. Cool, probably made a mistake. 2 days later after the last time i would have been able to pick up the order supposedly someone else did. They verified my order number and picked up my $300 machine. Unsure how someone with a different name somehow was able to pickup MY ORDER. Furious i called the following day after never getting a cancelation email but an email that my order was picked up. Bare in mind, i had no one else marked to even be eligible to pickup my order. Called the store multiple times and being sent to customer service i went back and forth with them. They transferred me to a more deeper level of support and as a result they said because they picked up the order and there was no error theres nothing they could do. Now I have to go through a process to dispute the charge with the bank. Not only is this a huge hassle but extremely unacceptable that due to their lack of training and verification orders my order is in the hands of someone else for FREE because i paid online. Iv never had an issue with Michaels previously but this alone makes me never wanna do business...

I primarily pick up T-shirts because that is my side Hustle and all the shirts we're always a mess. Unfortunately AC Moore went out of business because of a pandemic subject not to be discussed in this review. I would have gave it five stars but as usual the t-shirts still are a mess. I have no choice now but the shop here when I need to make a special order when a customer forgets how many he or she needed. I do order online most of my shirts so this is only an emergency stop. I know are we going after other because it is the only place besides Joann. Jo-Ann's is too far for me to travel. I will Explore More in Michaels and in time it will be I hope where I would like to shop...

Some customers like myself wanted an actual cashier as I had a question about something I wanted to buy. One customer went to one of the people standing behind the counter and wanted to purchase balloons and have them blown up and was told no they couldnāt do that as they were working off a list of balloon orders first and that if she bought the balloons they sell not inflated (the ones that come in an individual package) she could go next door to King Kullen they would probably blow them up for her. WHAT. She did not purchase them and left. It was sad she had two little boys with her. The help was not good at all and all of us on line...
