Verizon — Local services in Town of Islip

After going to local West Islip Verizon and never being happy, I discovered this gem of a store. Sonny and Christopher were both so helpful and nice. We needed new phones and some plan changes. They explained everything- no surprises for our bill! I would highly recommend this Verizon store! I would like to update this review and day these people puked the bait and switch on me. Showed me a Samsung s24, I loved it, they say they have to order it. 2 days later they give me an S24FE. The phone is huge, they tell me it's the only phone for my plan and I have to take it. I do and I'm miserable. I call 611, they say return it, nothing they told me was true. They messed up my billing. Didn't take back my old phone, which on the promo I would have been liable for the cost of the new phone. Run from this place, they are liars! I spent a lot of time in the store and numerous other people were coming back with problems. They even asked in the beginning to please give them a good review, once I did, it went down...

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and needed our screen protectors changed on our iPhones which we purchased at this location. When we walked in we were greeted by Jordan who told us he’d be right with us. We explained what we needed and he took care of it right away. I also had inquired about a wifi issue we were having on one phone which he quickly fixed as well. I choose this Verizon location, because Jordan is very helpful, and explains things. He is very friendly, accommodating and really enjoys his job. I’ve even referred several family members there. When we are due for our next upgrade we will be visiting...

Jordan at Verizon in Bayshore on Montauk Hwy in Bay Shore, NY is one of the best representatives I’ve dealt with at any establishment - truly. His upbeat attitude and people skills are contagious and he makes things that were once complex for me ( transferring data - switching phones etc ) - an absolute breeze. He is a delight and is the reason why I pass 2 diffrerent Verizon stores - to go to him and his particular branch. Great staff all around as well has All have helped me and my assimilation to the new technology ( iPad, iwatch, iPhone...
