Staff are usually friendly, but during a recent visit they thought appropriate to hover outside my fitting room, shoot dirty looks at my fiancee, tell her that I was at a limit of things allowed in the room (I had no more than 5 or 6), peek inside the room when I opened it a crack to talk to her, and flat out refuse to let her hand me a tie to try on unless it was outside in plain sight. Honestly disappointment doesn't even begin to say how I feel. I placed an order for in store pickup where it said same-day pick up as stores are closed and 7pm came and they closed, and I heard nothing about my order being ready. I called before they closed and they took down order number name and phone and still nothing. When I needed something for the next day. I was greeted upon entry to the store. The cashier went above and beyond too assist me. When I went too check out. She seen I been a long time customers snd haven’t redeemed any rewards in quite a while. So she called customer service and let them know. They sent me a $20 e-giftcard to use for the purchase.
