Recently I moved to Tulsa, however, before I moved I happened to be researching Sleep Number beds online.
George Mydland, a salesperson for Sleep Number in Tulsa happened to contact me to see if he could help me find what I was needing. I said no, I wasn’t ready to purchase anything, but I thanked him. He was very kind and pleasant.
Well shortly thereafter I found I was moving within a few weeks, and my twin sleep number bed would not fit on the moving van. I was told I could pay for another truck if I wanted to take it with me. I decided I would just save the money and purchase a new bed when I arrived in Tulsa (maybe a full sized bed). I immediately contacted George after sleeping on the floor a few nights, and he said there was an on going sale. I went to see him, and he allowed me to test every bed. By the end of my testing, he knew that I knew which one I wanted, and it was not the best deal, but it was the one I decided worked best for me.
I have to say George was the first friendly face I met from Tulsa (actually even before I arrived in Tulsa), and I will be a life long friend and customer of his. He made me feel so at home and welcomed to this new community. I knew right then that I had made the right decision to move and on top of that ever since my bed was delivered, I have never slept better.

Read moreThis was an experience. I didn't want to go in and get force into something I didn't need by a pushy salesman, but I didn't expect to be educated and given options. The sales person Steve was so nice and patience. He even encouraged me to shop around to figure out what will best fit my needs. I wasn't ready to make a decision on it till I went to Mathis first. Let's just say there was a huge difference in environment and sales tactics. I left after 15 minutes and went right back to Sleepnumber. I'm so excited to have this bed. I went back today after 6months of having my bed l. I needed sheets and this time I meet the manager. She was kind listened and gave very detailed information about the pillows and sheets. Read moreJust got ahold of customer service worst thing is after waiting 2week to get anyone to talk to they will send me video of how to find out what’s wrong with my bed and sell me parts to fix it that’s the warranty on it I will never recommend the sleep number bed to anyone bed looses air and they want me to pull apart and cap all lines with caps they don’t leave for you .then find out if it looses pressure or holds air then call back for pricing on parts called store to here how great of a warranty they have and told if I loose you my phone went...
