Fourth floor, soon as we stepped out of the elevator it was extremely hot in the elevator lobby and hallway. The room was very hot, though it did cool down in a decent time frame once we turned down the thermostat.
I found what looked like food crumbs all under the desk and around the refrigerator. I also found an old candy sucker that was half used at the edge of one of the beds, right next to the night stand.
The mirrored closet door would not stay closed. The magnet would not "grab" the metal strip on the door. When we'd walk by it, it often caught on our clothing.

Given the location, I would say that is what keeps this hotel going. It could be a great location for an extended stay, but I will probably look elsewhere next time around. Our beds were really firm, which is great if that is what you like. If you are a side sleeper like me, you might wake up with a sore back every morning. The hotel pool was cloudy and dirty and all of the lounge chairs were broken as well as the pool bathrooms and drainage grates. So I would pass on the pool. Our room struggled to stay cool at night. And you will probably have to clean your own breakfast table until they get more staff or something. If I am passing through the area I might consider it, but there are a lot of hotels in the area to chose from so not too...

Rooms clean, room bathrooms well maintained, AC/Heat thermostat reading true to room temperature. The two selling points over other hotels in the area. Great staff-Nicole super polite, full engagement and has a genuine spirit that she cares. Andrew, he's like the favorite Uncle-wise and endearing. Neither ever on their devices, full-time face contacts from the moment you enter their spaces.#1.
