We went to another Target first which is where I saw the weekly ad stating that Mario games were 50% off with the purchase of the Nintendo Switch. This decided me as I had been waffling back and forth for months on whether or not to get it. Unfortunately the Target I was at did not have any in stock. The next nearest and most convenient to us was the Tulsa Hills location. At the suggestion of the Tech associate I attempted to call the Tulsa Hills location to see if they indeed have the Switch in stock. However after repeated calls... each lasting about five minutes where the phone just rang and rang and was never answered, we decided to chance it and drive to the Tulsa Hills location. When we got there I was delighted to see that they indeed have the switch in stock so I told the young black woman associate that I would like to purchase the Switch and Mario Kart. At first she was somewhat friendly and accommodating but when she originally gave me the total I thought it was a bit high so I asked her if the price reflected the 50% the Mario Kart game (which I would like to point out was clearly shown in the weekly ad) her attitude completely changed. When she didn't respond I pulled open my phone to pull up the ad just to make sure she knew what I was talking about and I though maybe she hadn't heard me. She refused to answer me, she refused to acknowledge either me or my wife who also had a price tag to show the associate she wouldn't make eye contact. She acted completely disgusted that she had to change the price, which she did with a lot of huffing and acting like we were asking something completely outrageous. The only other thing she said was have a nice day in a rude tone as she handed me...

I found everything I needed and more, from the shelves stackers to the cashier, their unmatched great customer service made me feel so relaxed. Everything went great. I checked out, went back to my car and then I noticed it. My reflection on the car window!!! I had left the store wearing a unpaid sombrero š¬š¬š¬š¬. I had put the sombrero on my head on top of my baseball cap temporarily for it not to get crushed with the weight of my other items in my shopping cart. I put my items in the car and went back to the store, made a line with the same cashier. Let her know of my omission. Her softly talk and kindness along with a āthank you very muchā, and sincere smiling , made me realize that TARGET and staff is not just another store, IT IS an extension of home. Thank you TARGET and staff. Yāall rock. By the way, THE SAVINGS WERE GREAT!!! I bet that everyone reading this, knows that the savings at TARGET are always awesome. Until next time. THANK YOU ALL...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe man with glasses at the self checkouts is continuously the rudest individual I have ever seen in retail. Little questions are beneath him and he talks down to everyone who goes through. When an item is scanned comes up as unknown be prepared to be berated and not get whatever it may be. Even if it's a toothbrush or anything. I have consistently came in and every interaction with him has become a dread and I am at the point where if he is going to say anything to me I will leave all my items. Thank you for the awful experiences. Update I came here today for a limited figure exclusive release, was told to wait for an employee to do the ENTIRE modular for the aisle. Along with 6 other people waiting for 3 hours and an employee who informed everyone to wait tried to sell one earlier for someone in the store instead. So they would just sell items underneath someone waiting 3 hours IN THE STORE? This store has the most abyssal service ever. What is the point of even going to this...
