I will never eat at this establishment again. Katie Beck, Marketing Director of Chick Fil A, has continued to provide false information. This issue has been ongoing for almost a month now. I was promised Chick Fil A coupons by Katie, after I was charged for an item they no longer had and my credit card being charged twice. Katie Beck is unprofessional and has continued to lie. She insinuated that the post office had stolen my coupons, then when I called her out on it, she then stated she will refer to the reference number to track the coupons to see if they have been redeemed. She calls me back an hour later to tell me that it was an undeliverable letter, and that it was sent back to the restaurant. She then told me that I could come up there anytime today to get the coupons and that I must sign a letter. I was told if she's not there that she would leave them in the office for anyone to give me the coupons tonight. When I get there, I am told by 2 managers one by the name of Jessica Bridges that Katie has sent them in the mail. I explain to Jessica that per the recorded call that Katie told me that I can come anytime today, even if she isn't there. Jessica was very smug and smirked the whole time. I have been a frequent Chick Fil A customer for years and do not appreciate my time and gas being wasted, this is unacceptable and Corporate will hear about it. Katie you promising one thing and doing another is terrible customer service and unprofessional. This particular establishment is far from holding any type of Christian values, when you lie and treat...
Read moreHi! This evening my fiancé placed an order for Chic-fil-a using my Door Dash app. He used his card to purchase the order. I received a confirmation email from Door Dash with a receipt. Also, I could see the Door Dash receipt on the app. He sees the charge pending on his account. And before anyone asks, yes there was money in there to cover the charge. Lol. After about 10 minutes, I received a text from a dasher saying that there was an issue with the payment and that we would need to call Chic-fil-a. I told my fiancé to call. Once he called, he was told by Chic-fil-a staff to call the dasher. While my fiancé was on the phone, I received a text saying that we would have a new dasher because of the time that had passed. So, my fiancé called the new dasher. The new dasher told him to cancel the order and then call Door Dash. I pulled up the app and saw that if we cancelled the order there would be no refund. So, he calls Chic-fil-a back and they said that there had been no payment received on there side, so they would not issue a refund. I completely understand. However, the manager told my fiancé that he could come to Chic-fil-a and make and pay for another order. Why would we want to come to Chic-fil-a and pay for another order and only receive one of the orders we had paid for? I am not blaming Chic-fil-a entirely for this blunder. But I think that if they contract with Door Dash, they should do a better job of being able to work through issues like this one. I have also reached out to Door...
Read moreDespite the questionable morals of chick fil a as a corporation, it's still a great place to eat. The food is almost always outstanding, the orders are almost always correct, and the wait is generally pretty short even though they get insanely busy. They have mastered the art of quick customer service with a smile. It's actually pretty nuts how quickly they can work through the longest lines I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. It's not the biggest menu selection in the world (obviously, it's a chicken fast food place), but what they do they do AMAZING. The prices are quite reasonable and portion sizes are great. I have a large family (2 adults and 4 kids that eat like NFL offensive linemen), and it's one of the absolute cheapest places we can eat out as a family. And I give them props every time we order from them. I always use the mobile app to order (which is awesome, seriously join the rewards program and order everything through the app, you wont regret it). The order for our family is basically a small catering order and they never bat an eyelash or struggle to accommodate us even when they are slam packed.
Also, the sauces....
