I recently purchased a 2018 Cadillac from Beechmont ford with Chris Davis who btw did me a very good deal as a tier 1 buyer. After the test drive, some issues were pointed out to Chris. a tire sensor that did not show tire pressure, a driver assists system failure on the seat, a missing washer tank lid, need of new tires and the need to reset the Que stem repeatedly to make radio work and navigation. Also, no owner’s manual that Chris bought and gave me on my return trip. I understand that this is a used car I understand issues come up that may need the service dept to fix. As for the tires, I purchased new ones installed by I believe service, Chris had the service dept fix the tire sensor by replacement right away. I had purchased the elite warranty, so the car had to stay at dealership to get inside coated. Chris gave me a car to use as I can’t be without a car. When I returned to pick up the car the tire sensor was still showing bad, washer cap still missing ( bought myself off amazon) tank not filled as Chris promised, Chris had the sensor fixed and filled the tank as promised. In the next 2 weeks I noticed all my tires were losing 3-5 lbs. after a couple of days. I bought a small air compressor thinking maybe the tires were settling in. I put in recommended pressure of 35 in front and 40 in rear, still losing pressure after a few days. I called Chris which told me to come down to the dealership, and we will get it into service. I stressed the fact that I can’t be without my car which he replied they will get you a car. I drove to dealership and seen Chris where he gave me the owner’s manual, which he bought on eBay that was missing. I then drove to service to talk to an advisor about the tires and driver assist sensor Chris said he was told they ordered and would contact me. I received no calls from service. First the adviser told me all the tires should not be leaking, I asked maybe the rims that are scraped up may have anything to do with it (in the elite warranty I bought covers the rims) but he said no its most likely rim rust. Either was I need ir fixed as I have a portable air compressor in my truck as I lose air. Then I asked about the part for my driver assist sensor in my seat. He said we ordered no part as it would need to be scanned and if I know how much a seat in a Cadillac costs. I wanted to say no but I know how much I paid for the whole car but didn’t. Next was I needed to leave the car on maybe Monday as they had no car to give me today. He said they would call me before Mon to say if they had car or not. No calls and they have me and wife’s numbers. So here I am with my new used car putting air in tires every few days once on the side of road on 275. I also somehow lost 1 of my remotes which was also said to be cover under my elite warranty I bought. I want to add that your financial man was through on all the paperwork I signed. My thought is I would like all the issues fixed and don’t feel I should pay a dime. In closing I ask myself did I make a mistake buying a car from Beechmont Ford? Last year I bought a brand new Chevy Equinox at Jeff Wyler and had a great experience and still do from the service department, keep in mind the 1 star rating is for your service dept not sales or financial dept. Hopefully someone who can make this right will reply as at this moment I am looking to find a different place to have service done as its also up for a oil change.
I thank you for your reply but I have already been contacted by your salesman and Service manager who put together an action plan to start looking at my car and work on what is needed, I thank them for their quick responses. I will update this review as to how its going. if needed i will contact you but i feel confident they have this under control.
thank you

Read moreEdited ( down ) because of last appointment for service. I received an email asking how my last service visit was. At the end it asks for a review on google. Well here ya go! This is a review of the service department. This is the second time I have brought my vehicle in for repair. No warranty work mind you, this is to correct/repair what Beechmont Ford either did not fix the first time or repair what they broke on that same visit. Ok, they did do a tire rotation and handed back my vehicle missing a center cap, I got it back, but that is secondary. The only item that got fixed or re-fixed was … the tire rotation. Not one other concern was corrected completely/fixed. They did not even top off the fluids ( tho they said they did) and I have the texts from Gabe that “ Everything else is done “ I get why you would take your vehicle to service here, because of warranty work. I am talking about items that THEY did wrong, twice. Same parts, same issues. Still not completed!. But they still could not get this right in 7 days. And items left unhooked, untouched, unrepaired. So if you want your vehicle still broken, this is the place to go! And aside. I was give a brand new loaner each time so that was helpful.
Dear owner, As much as I am happy to see that you monitor your reviews. I get that you want to make this right but fail to understand that this appointment WAS set to make things right, and you failed! This was for nothing new, no NEW repairs! Only for you to fix what you either broke or never fixed on my last visit. Would you really want to go back for thirds? My last visit was set up WITH your( now) previous service manager because the service writers were getting nothing done. Again, this is NOT my first visit. My last visit took over 30+days. Not for waiting on parts it just took you that long. And lastly, don’t forget that your survey request specifically asks for a google review. I completed the job you asked. It has been 3 weeks since this review, and have heard NOTHING after reaching out to Beechmont Ford nor Gabe the service writer on 6/18. Also wanted to add that after reviewing the paperwork, it was almost like it was for a different vehicle as Gabe typed what he wanted to include NOT what I was saying. Not that it necessarily would have changed the outcome, but it just goes to show the lack of interest in getting your...
Read morePhenomenal experience with salesman Michael (Mike) Mason. Will never buy a vehicle from anyone else! I truly encourage you to ask for Mike if you find yourself at Beechmont!
When I called to inquire about a 2020 Mustang GT, Mike answered the phone. It was quite obvious from the start: Mike possesses authentic excitement and passion for vehicles and, most importantly, customers. As an automotive enthusiast myself, I was so happy to find someone who shared a genuine love for cars.
Mike went above and beyond to get me into the dealership that evening for a test drive. When my wife and I arrived, he greeted us with enthusiasm, handed us the keys to the vehicle, and told us to "have fun." Most laidback test drive ever. He trusted us with a high-performance car, and that meant a lot.
Upon returning from our test drive, Mike stepped outside and said, "Spend as much time with it as you want--no rush. Take it out again if you want to!"
While we didn't take up Mike on his offer for a second test drive, we did know that we'd love to make a deal with Mike. Within about twenty minutes, we agreed on numbers, and I informed Mike we would return the next day to pick up the vehicle.
The next day, when I arrived at the dealership, Mike had cleaned the GT and staged it on the showroom floor for pickup. I never would've expected such above-and-beyond service from a dealership. Mike told me to take a few photos while it was on the floor as he fitted my plates.
After pulling the vehicle outside, Mike spent roughly twenty minutes reviewing the car's features and functions. Before I left the lot, I made sure to inform Mike that he was the best car salesman I'd ever encountered, and this was--by far--my best car buying experience.
Now, Mike could've waved me off the lot and had a customer for life. He'd done a phenomenal job, and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. But it gets even better...
When I returned home, I realized I'd left several documents at the dealership. I called Mike and requested he hold the documents, and I would drive the 45 minutes back to the dealership.
But Mike insisted that he'd be happy to drop off the documents whenever and wherever...
Wow.
Mike has earned a customer for life, and as long as he stays with this dealership, so has Beechmont Ford!
Thanks...
