If you're looking for an economy hotel, I recommend giving Motel Beechmont a chance. Our room was nice, queen bed really comfortable and very affordable rate. The staff are friendly and courteous. Housekeeping checks with you every morning about 10am, says good morning and asks if you would like fresh towels and linens. Dogs are allowed with a small daily fee. The front desk clerk, very sweet young lady, gave me my total (no key deposit here) and said instead of charging me the daily pet fee rate, since I was paying for multiple nights I received a flat rate. Face masks are required in office and laundry/vending/ice machine/microwave area. There's free WiFi and mini fridge in rooms. It would be more convenient for guest to have a microwave in room instead of just vending area. There's a divider at POS and only 1 person allowed in office at a time. We have enjoyed our stay.

This motel doesn't even deserve 1 star. Room was infested wit many roaches asked for my money back or another room and the man running the front desk refused to refund my money but gave me another room only 3 doors down from the infested room. Then he also called me a liar and said I'm the only one who complained bout roaches. That's obviously a lie scroll down and read some reviews and anyone can see that for themselves. The man was very rude and wanted to argue with me about the situation. I will also notify the health department about this issue. U can get very sick from living and breathing the same air as roaches.

The staff is extremely rude to the guessed. They don't clean the room's. There has been way to many times we had to go to the office to get toilet paper. There is black mold on the bathroom's on the walls and on the shower curtains. They go in your room when your gone and go through your things. They have taken things that belong to us. And the biggest problem they have bed bugs. They let there kids play in the parking lot all hours of the night around the guessed cars. Our car has been hit by these children and there are scratches on our car and a dent. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place is DISGUSTING. If I could rate it less then 1 star I would. I stayed here for 5 weeks for a job I was on. Upon arrival I ran into a police officer and asked for his opinion on the location, I was told I was in the worst place in that part of town. After checking in I was approached by 2 different guys...1 asking if I wanted to buy drugs, the other asking if I knew of anyone looking to get a tattoo. I was told free wifi but if you aren't within 3 doors of the front office then it doesn't exist. My room was filthy! I asked for my sheets to be changed because their were cigarette burns in the sheets. The towels were stained with makeup and whatever else (i dare not want to think what else). The wall in the bathroom next to the beer bottle opener was stained with I assume beer. I had dead spiders all along that same wall. I asked for my mirror to be cleaned, towels to be changed, bedding changed, the room to be vacuumed, anything you would normally receive at any hotel/motel. After 5 weeks not a single bit of this was done. I had 9 people with my company staying here. We are all told it would be at a rate of $40 a night, not a single person in my group received the same rate and only 1 of them received the above mentioned rate. As the time went on and as we complained and saw no care for our issues we all checked out with the exception of two. Then in the middle of the night a manager opened one of my employees rooms, woke him up and told him he needed to pay or leave. He explained he was paid up for another few days and the manager argued and threatened to call the cops. It wasn't until after he pulled out the bill did he realize he had the wrong room and didn't even apologize. At this point the remaining 2 had a total of 9 weeks at this location, they attempted to extend for another week as they do every week when they were told the rooms were over sold for an event in town which forced my employees to find another place till the end of November. I may also add that this location has constant police appearances do to the high drug and prostitution activity. If the rates to this place seems cheap and to good to be true then please know you get what you pay for. I am constantly on the road and am able to tolerate the worst of conditions but this place is by far the worst and scariest place I've ever...

O NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE. When we arrived at the non-smoking room, it smelled like someone smoked something other than cigarettes in there. We noticed fungus behind the bathroom door. We went to the store and got air freshener and disinfectant to make it half-way livable. The light above the sink was out and we reported it at 4pm. The receptionist stated the maintenance guy had left for the day for a family function and she would get him on it in the morning. We left the room at 7am to attend a conference, came back at 5pm and the room had not been cleaned and the light was not changed. Again we had to complain about the light and the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and told me she wrote it up. We complained about no maid service, and she said they knocked on our door and since we didn't answer, they skipped our room. We asked for more towels and washcloths and she said she only had two towels and no washcloth. When we asked for an ice bucket, she stated she didn't have any even though the note on the ice machine said that we could only use the ice bucket they provide. There is no coffee maker or microwave in the room. We left to visit with family the next day, came back and it looked like the maids just threw the bed together. Again, the sink light had not been changed. Since we were there when others booked in for $15 less than we were paying we asked if they could at least reduce the nightly fee just that much for the unsatisfactory service, she called the owner and he told her no. So as long as they get your money, they feel no obligation to male your stay half-way satisfactory. You may want to scroll further for your...

The good: The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water. It was quiet and conveniently located. The a/c worked (but see below). It was inexpensive. The wifi worked pretty well most of the time. The location was great. Freeway access was very close and it was easy to get in and out. Breakfast was as I would expect in a place of this sort (coffee and donuts).||||The bad: The towels were tiny and not very absorbent (even by my very low towel quality standards) and there were not many of them in the room. We had to go get more to have enough for the two of us, and they did not have an easy time finding spares. The cover of the air conditioner fell off in my friend's hand while she was opening the curtains. A request to have it fixed ended with the desk person hanging up on us after telling us how understaffed he was. Eventually, it was "fixed" but fell off again when touched. The light above my bed was missing the cover. The walls had unidentified grime in many spots. The housekeeping just plain sucked. We had a large piece of grass on the floor for three days. The room was finally vacuumed when we left a note specifically for it to be done. The beds were "made" one day by just throwing the covers in the general direction of the pillows. Everything just felt grungy. It was a step above camping, but just barely.||||All in all, it met our needs, the price was right, and I slept very well. However, it was, by far, the most disgustingly dirty motel I have ever stayed in and I would have to be way out of other reasonably priced options to ever consider staying...
