Seychelles Beach Resort Condo Rentals — Hotel in Upper Grand Lagoon

My original plan to stay at Seychelles Beach Resort was for 6 nights, check-in May 25 2022 and check-out 31 2022. My family found the washer machine has been broken for 6 days before I checked-in. Full of dirty and smelly sewage was remained there until we checked out. I called front desk everyday and requested to change the unit or fix the washer machine. Front desk said no one couldn't come to fix, desk said it was because memorial holiday season, or no unit to change. On 28th, my children got an headache all day long because of the sewage smell right in front of their bed. My children started to begging me to go back home. By several attempting to get an approval, finally I spoke with GM and approved for early check-out at 10 pm. GM told me to remove the washer machine right away so that my children could be rest little better. In addition, GM said the money will be refunded (for 3 nights). But, no one came to unit to remove the washer machine. ||I checked out early on 29th and went back home. Our family trip, which we had planed for a year, was completely ruined by the resort's irresponsible way of handling this issue.||So far, Seychelles refunded me only small portion. I have requested to refund for 3 nights several times as GM told me. Front desk just said no more refund...

We stayed on the 15th floor in a 1 bedroom condo for 8 nights. It was a wonderful experience. The unit was spacious for our family of 4. We slept in the king bedroom with our own bathroom. One of our kids slept on the bunk beds and another on the sofa bed. They had their own bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and was a nice size. The view of the Gulf was breathtaking and the balcony was large. |A couple issues-the toaster was broken and there was a lightbulb out. We contacted Vacasa and they replaced the toaster and lightbulb promptly. The floors could use a good mopping and deep cleaning of carpets. If you walked around without shoes, your feet would get dirty. |Be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels and extra towels as they do not supply that many.|Also bring laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent because only a minimal amount was supplied.
