0 stars!!! The worst vacation experience! Do yourself a favor and ask for the house rules before your full refund cancelation period ends. Garage is not accessible, which I asked about in my initial booking on Airbnb, for our motorcycles. No smoking allowed anywhere, even outside. All windows are screwed shut (fire hazard). Ceiling fans can't be adjusted, either high or off, no in between. Lamp switches are removed, so you have to reach behind nightstands and Unplug to turn off. Owner turned a/c off twice and locked the system. Owner let air out of my motorcycle tire and scratched our motorcycle while weedeating beside it (he only weedeated a 3' section beside our motorcycle) Master shower had pink mold in it. Floors were filthy, my white socks were black 10 min after we arrived. Beds are uncomfortable and black sheets had grease stains when we arrived. Owner tried to evict us for cussing, after I told him to turn the "Damn" A/C on after he locked the system. We waited for cops to show up to evict us and they never showed up. If you don't want bikers to stay in your house for bike week, maybe you should block it from being reserved that week. Neighbors are full of drama and have no life (except Rusty who was awesome!) We almost didn’t want to share this hidden gem, but Tropic Like It’s Hot is just too nice to keep secret. This home is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The kids had an absolute blast with the arcade game machine inside and playing Twister in the backyard.

Speaking of the backyard—it’s perfect! We grilled up some delicious steaks on the outdoor grill while hanging out in the screened-in room. We were pleasantly surprised that there weren’t any bugs to worry about in the first place being so close to the ocean. At night we could hear the waves from the house.

Rick Seltzer Park is a short walk away at the beach with changing rooms, showers, and bathrooms. The beach cart made transport of everything a breeze.

The owner has thought of everything to make this home special that I could go on all day. As much as we’d love to keep this place our little secret, it absolutely deserves this five-star review! We can’t wait to come...

This rental home is awesome. I want a beach house like this. The space inside is great. The sofa is comfortable. And the kitchen is a nice opened space. Lots of room to move around and have family or friends to come along. Condos on the beach are so busy especially this time of the year and elevator waits are terrible. With renting this beach home, it took the craziness away of staying at a condo during the busy Spring/Summer season at the beach. I didn’t have to worry about moving luggage on elevators or lots of noise from other rooms. Renting a house is more relaxing and quiet. The owner is very helpful and is fast at answering your questions. He has several other rentals which are great too. Check them out. You will love these rental homes...
