Mattress Firm Plover — Hotel in Village of Plover

I am very happy with mattress expert Dale at the Plover Mattress Firm Plover store. Walking into the store, he greeted me and asked me how he could help. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, just all expert advice. What may feel good for you may not feel good for someone else. I felt like Goldilocks in the store. I went from one mattress to the next and I found what suited me. Dale explained to me that the adjustable base could be purchased as a stand alone and you could put your own mattress on it. For our master bedroom I purchased the adjustable base, the Posturepedic Plus Hybrid 14 inch mattress. We will also be getting a queen size headboard and brackets delivered from Mattress Firm. I showed my husband the adjustable base and he loved it so we purchased an additional base for the guest bedroom. We also purchased the Tempur-pedic pillows. It was a buy one get one. Our delivery came today on Sunday. The delivery men were very respectful, helpful, and professional. They set everything up, answered our questions and were in and out. It’ll be really nice to read in bed without having several pillows behind my head. I can just raise it up. Sleep test will come tonight. I am sure we sleep like a baby tonight. Thank you again, Dale for giving us the best price on everything that we purchased and special bonuses. We will definitely be back in the future if we need anything else. I am so happy that my husband and I went back here just last week and decided to buy the queen size bed that we saw about a year ago. The salesman, Mike, was absolutely amazing. He wasn't pushy and he let us make all the decisions that we needed to on our own and answered our questions. He was very helpful. It was an all-around wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone going here as they offer great finance options to help get the rest you need.

Our bed was delivered today so I have yet to sleep on it but I know the quality that I am going to receive. The delivery people who came were very efficient and got everything set up very quickly. They are very good at sending no reply emails and text messages. I even got a phone call letting me know that they were 10 minutes away. It was a very easy interaction today to get the bed set up for me.

The pictures below is the mattress that we bought with the base that comes with a remote to lift our heads and feet. The best thing about buying the base is that you do not have to buy a box spring or bed frame with it. The base is a little bit more expensive but well worth it. We also got new pillows to go with our new sleep experience and I cannot wait to have a better...

Not many businesses have a 4.9 rating they deserve it this is my second mattress I bought from them this time I bought a $3k purple mattress that was from their warehouse (matresses that are returned during the sleep trial and are not technically covered by their 120 day return policy) after 3 months I just couldn't sleep on it anymore the mattress was too soft for my body and caused back and hip soreness I called and and explained the problem and they gave me ZERO hassle a simple... come on in to one of our stores and pick out a different one of equal or less value awesome service I think the point and rapids stores are owned by the same guy and they are amazing the handful of times I've been to them this situation deserves a good review ...
