I have been getting take out here for a while and I will always use the receipt survey coupon to split the bigger plate with my wife because that's about all we want. I have been asking them for a while to take one of the three entrees and half of the side and put in into a separate bowl because we are spilting the meal. The bigger plate already is given out with two forks because they assume it if for two people anyways. They have always put my wife's portions into a separate bowl but this last time someone didn't feel like it so they got the manager or supervisor to tell me that it makes it to difficult for the employees to keep the portion sizes right. Last I checked the portion sizes where all the same for the entrees between the bowl and the bigger plate except for the the side which was a half portion cause we split it. I don't ever complain but when I ask a simple request so it it easier for me and my wife to split the meal that is already assumed is for two people and a crying employee doesn't feel like going the extra mile to do something they have done for me with out complaints before is just some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I even went to fill out the survey on the website for my receipt and the second I clicked highly dissatisfied they survey end without all of the usual questions it asks all the time. I guess panda express doesn't actually want to know when their employees have poor...

Mr. Vang, I believe a manager or supervisor, was amazing to us. He communicated clearly what he would need, and articulated clearly what he could do for us. We also had requested modifications to our order, which Mr. Vang willingly completed. He accommodated us as much as he could according to our needs. The delivery, timing, pricing was especially flawless. Considering the number of guests we would have, we got what we paid for, good for with good portion amounts! All of our guests complimented the food and were surprised that Panda Express could cater food so well! They came on time, quickly and quietly delivered without causing a ruckus, and left just the same. In my opinion, Mr. Vang and team were exceptionally professional and provided quality service and food for our wedding event. They were thorough in communications, professional in service, quality in food provisioning. Panda Express will forever remain dear to me for what Mr. Vang and his team did for us on our wedding day! I apologize Mr. Vang for taking so long to write this review! If any of the team members see this, please let him know to this day we are still so grateful...
Read moreIts worth it honestly. Friendly people and a cook that knows how to sing lol. It may get a little busy and packed but thats the expectation of it. If its your first time there dont need to be shy at all, just ask or tell them that its your first time and they'll gladly help you. There are at least 4 sides and 8 to 9 different entres. At least a few of them are spicy but to me they arent as spicy at all. But thats just my opinion. Theres at least 3 sweet dishes and one outta the 3 are spicy which is the Beijing Beef. Its not that spicy cos it balances off with the sweet taste of it and you cant really taste the spice. The spiciest one out of all of them is the KungPao Chicken it has whole peppers crushed peppers and ginger garlic with the special sauce that's great if you love spices. If you're a healthy or looking for a healthier dish then I'd prefer a side of brown rice (if you're a fan) then its either and entree of String Bean Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Mushroom Chicken or Mixed Vegetables(Super Greens). Appetizers are Speingrolls, Egg rolls and lastly Cream Cheese Rangoons. Well I'm not sure if I really helped at all. But please do go try the Chinese/American Cuisine it's not as bad as...
