Lindsay, the salon manager of Ulta, is the most talented and skilled hair stylist I've ever met. She is personable, sincere, and oh so knowledgeable. I love my cut and style. She took time to show me how versatile my cut is, blow dried, flat ironed or curled. No pressure on the products she used...I bought one :). Highly recommended...for sure! Referrals? Definitely! Since this isn't really a mall per se I will refer to the location as a group of individual stores that continues to grow rapidly over the past decade. I regularly go to Walmart, Best Buy, Kohl's, Starbucks, Chili's, Charcoal Grill, Petco and Dollar Tree among others. This group of stores is located on Interstate Highway 39 and attracts a good percentage of it's customers from out of town who would never think of stopping to buy something in Plover if this "mall" was not located where it is. A great boost to the local economy...
