11.7.2022 Went in on a Sunday to ask about obtaining gift cards and was treated with I don't knows, no we don't, I don't think so. When I asked if there was someone there that could help I was still told no we don't have gift cards we only sell them as fund raisers....they asked why I wanted one. I said so I could give my daughter and son-in-law the gift of fitness. They said well we don't have them except for fundraising. At that point I said I would just call corporate to get the information they didn't seem to have. As I walked out the young lady, Brook, called after me saying I was rude! When I first started looking around for gyms I called 5 in my area. Some of the others didn't answer during open hours, some answered but sounded very unenthusiastic, and the closest one wasn't very thorough in explaining what they offer. When I called planet fitness there was a bright and cheery voice that went through everything they offer. It impressed me and made me very interested in coming in. When I got there I was welcomed and given a tour of everything they had. I felt very comfortable talking with the employees there. It really felt like they cared. I set up an account and have been going for a few months now and it's a very welcoming place and any questions I've ever had I've gotten thorough and clear answers. They've got advice and machines for just about any of your fitness goals. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym. Even being shy and scrawny I wasn't judged or treated differently than anyone else. Definitely a 5 star gym. PS the bathrooms...

Good machines, good intentions for social distancing. Got a membership after some great experiences, but then today i went to work out earlier than usual, and there were 4+ people not wearing a mask at all, wearing it around their neck, or wearing it below their nose. I asked the attendant about the company policy, as i know they are employees who dont deserve anyone's wrath, and was told that "people will cancel their memberships if they are forced to wear masks, so they can wear it on their chin, or around their neck while they are working out." Immediately cancelled my membership, and will be posting about this on all social media outlets that PF exists on.
