Maurices — Local services in Village of Plover

At the Plover Maurices Samantha, or whomever is the manager is very disrespectful and rude. I recieved two $5.00 coupons from the Appleton store in which the cashier felt bad about her computer crashing, so she threw 2 coupons in the bag. We also came in on Easter and I found an egg and with a $5 coupon in it and apparently my significant other found one as well when i was trying clothes on. When it was time to pay i pulled out three $5.00 coupons. The cashier Deanna said "I could use only ONE per transaction". I asked "Could we split them up so I can use 2 coupons". Otherwise Id just come in at another time to utilize the coupon. She said "Im only doing this once.... Which again, I would have just come in at another time to utilize coupon. Which I think anyone would have done to get the best deal. I gave her THREE total and I should have got ONE $5.00 coupon back. When I got into the car, my significant other gave me the $5.00 coupon he and my daughter had found during the Easter egg hunt. So that left me with a total of 2 left still.. So at that point I had a total of TWO coupons in my purse. So, Samantha checked me out, or whomever was counting the till that night at 8:02pm on 05/01/25. I gave her one of the $5.00 coupons I had. She scanned it and threw it to the side and said " it was no good." She said it in a cold annoyed voice. I then said "I should have two $5.00 coupons". She said "She was there when i asked for my coupon back after the lady scanned it and that she remembers that day! She said this in a snarky, rude, condescending tone and continued to shake her head at me". I said " That kind of makes me mad as I had two left". She continued to shake her head, claimed that she was there when I evidently asked for the coupon back and had it in her head that im trying to re-use coupons. Now, I remember asking for the 3rd coupon back that wasn't being used. Of course I want that back...I was only allowed to use TWO coupons on Easter which is perfectly fine but I wanted my 3rd coupon that we weren't utilizing that day back... So, I first gave the manager(Samatha) the folded up $5.00 coupon that my significant other gave me in the car that my daughter and him found on Easter, which makes me wonder did they put a USED coupon in the egg on Easter. I then gave her the other coupon that was in my purse that was NOT folded up as it was the coupon I recieved in Appleton. So basically she was saying im trying to re-use the coupon i used already on Easter. I was upset so my boyfriend went in the next day and argued with the same lady (Samantha whatever the managers name is) and she finally gave him the $5.00 coupon and wrote ONE TIME USE on it. Disrespectful! I'm thinking they were the ones that put a USED coupon in the Easter egg becuase the coupon that was UNFOLDED on 05/01/25 was pretty sure given back to me by the cashier on Easter had $5.00 on it still. The FOLDED coupon that was given to me by my significant other when i got into the car on Easter apparently had nothing on it! Ive never been treated so poorly at an establishment. I dont like how she continues to treat me when I come in so I feel that it's appropriate to say...

I love this Maurices, but, need to let people know that the Maurices credit card has horrible customer service care. Twice Maurices has processed my payments LATE when they were paid on time through my online bill pay on my bank account. This happened in April and in July. They waived the $30 late fee in April, but refuse to waive it, this time. My July payment was paid on time, and processed through them, 12 days after that. I believe they LOST my payment, but, will not admit that that is what happened. So, I have to pay a LATE fee, now, for being a good customer. I also couldn't use my card while it was in dispute through them, for a month! I now have found it necessary to pay online, through their app, or in store, and hope they'll process those payments on time. I've NEVER had this much trouble with any other store card. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND getting this card, as it's created lots of unnecessary drama 🙄 for me. Again, THINK TWICE before you sign up for a MAURICES...
