The worst customer service ever!!!!! The associate at the store kept entering my gift card in the wrong way so it kept saying gift card not founf. When the manager came out he was extremely non chalant about the situation he wouldnt try the card he wouldnt call the store hotline which is what he was supposed to do. He just kept saying there was nothing he could do as if he didnt believe i had a gift card. There was no willingness to help.mind you this is a gift card purchased off of GAMESTOPS website!!! I had all the proof they needed....i ended up calling gamestop customer service and they said the manager could have called their help number and issued me a new number...i went back to the store to tell the manager this and he told me there is no point of trying it would be to no avail. So i went to the gamestop near walmart. They were able to pull up the gift card and sell me the game i wanted along with awesome customer service....if you are in need of assistance with anything this gamestop...

Seem to be bother for them to get any questions or inquiries over the phone n in person . Their answer to everything is call another store .why work in a retail store n give away sale to another store ? And when you caught them on a lie or the game they tell you they dont have but they clearly have it and you point it out to them . All they give you is a sorry with a fake laugh. Read moreUse to be my favorite GameStop however I quit going once new management took over. Preordered a brand-new game back in November. Was supposed to receive the game two days early which was the whole point of Pre- Order however the never received it.
The issue was not the fact that GameStop did not receive the game it was the fact that the store kept giving me the runaround. I had to call the store to get an update on why I had not received the game yet. I ended up just refunding my preorder and have not been back sense. Sad thing is I have a two-year pro membership and basically given a free $5 coupon every month and still have not bothered to go back...
