I first visited Dublin Village Jewelers on January 23 of 2017. My then-girlfriend was planning a trip to Taiwan to visit family in February, only a few weeks away. I was planning on surprising her by also flying out and proposing! I told my plan to Yury and Annie and they helped me custom design my own engagement ring. Within a week the Verbitskys had some pink sapphires shipped in for my review, and only 2 short weeks after that had my ring cast, stones set, and the finished product in my hand! It was a beautiful rose gold diamond cluster ring with a pink champagne sapphire center stone. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and care they had at every step of the way, and also how quickly they were able to sketch out an aggressive timeline for making sure everything was ready for my trip. I was able to fly out to Taiwan for my (successful!) proposal only 3.5 weeks after my initial visit with a gorgeous ring of my own custom creation!

I was so impressed with the service (and my Fiancée with the ring) that we went back to DVJ for all of our jewelry needs afterwards. It ended up that I had oversized the engagement ring, so they had the ring resized. We both ordered our wedding bands; mine a tungsten band (exchanged free of charge to a smaller band when I didn’t like the fit), and hers a custom-matched diamond pave band for her custom ring. We also spent a fun afternoon in their store picking out some gifts for our bridal party. We were having so much fun shopping that Yury brought out some amazing refreshments.

Annie and Yury both have been very personable and friendly, making my wife(!) and I feel like old friends. They always beg us to bring in our puppy, and we always end up talking about food. They have completely changed the way I shop for jewelry and I don’t think I can go anywhere else. ...

2024 stop racial discrimination. We all have money,. All customers should be offered a $1 bottle of water, When they come into your store. But if the $1 bottle of water is only reserved for the white customers I get it.. I went here to have a piece of my jewelry repaired.. Upon entering the store, the person I'd spoke to on the phone greeted me, His name was Alex and he was really nice. The other workers they glanced at me and ignored me in went back to staring at their phones.. 3 minutes later, a white gentleman came into the store and to my surprise verybody smiled, greeted him and asked him if they could offer him water, orange juice, champagne, and comfort.. My thought is! I've been in this store for over 3 minutes and no one has spoken to me, much less offer me water, orange juice or champagne, Do I have to be white to be offered a $1 bottle of water and my jewelry repair is $300. I went home that day and spoke to my white husband about my experience in their store, which he in turn told me he will never spend his money with companies that racially profile and disrespect black people. So I went back the next day and picked up my jewelry, took it somewhere else where I was welcomed and got it repaired.

I cannot say enough about how amazing of an experience I had with Dublin Village Jewelers! My (now) fiancée and I sought out Dublin Village Jewelers to shop for engagement rings earlier this year. We both were new to the process and didn't know exactly where to start. From our very first contact, the team here was outstanding. Alex responded to my initial email promptly and kindly and offered some initial information to get us started. When we came in for our initial consultation in-person, we were greeted as old friends and welcomed in to explore our options. Annie spent almost an hour and a half with us, answering our endless questions and letting us see/try on every possible ring. She took copious notes and guided us through the process gracefully without adding any pressure at all or stress. When I returned to buy the ring we liked most, Annie had all of our customizations/requests written down and ready to go. I came back a couple of weeks later to see the diamond and the ring itself came in soon thereafter. We are SO pleased with the ring and could not be happier with our experience. These folks are OUTSTANDING and I can't recommend...
