Seagull Resort and Condominiums — Hotel in Wells

Overall we enjoyed the resort and our unit. There were a few minor things (out of toilet paper, garbage bags and dish soap, beds in front bedroom weren't very comfortable) that were a tad inconvenient in our unit but nothing major. The property was clean and well kept, we loved the location and the pools/hot tubs were nice. Management was helpful and even mailed back my glasses that I left on the nightstand! Only down side was that my husband is a smoker and while smoking is understandably not allowed inside the unit, he couldn't even sit outside and have an after dinner cigarette in the driveway as the whole property is basically non- smoking. The Seagull Resort is a hidden gem! We have been vacationing here for nearly a decade. The contemporary cottages are perfect for a single family and the townhouses are large enough for multiple families. Everything is spread out nicely to offer privacy. There are two pools that are easily accessible, a hot tub and a children's pool. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the team is pleasant, attentive and helpful. We have had very few small problems (missing lightbulbs, extra sheets needed etc) that were all fixed within an hour. It is a short drive to the beach and other hot spots so location is great!! We stumbled across this place on line and decided to rent it for 3 nights so my Mom could enjoy her 85th Birthday in comfort. We made the right decision 🎉My Mom loves the beach/ocean and you could actually smell the air of the ocean from afar and see the actual Marsh which was fantastic! We traveled from North Carolina and we are thankful we found Seagull Resort. Cory was so helpful and a very professional manager!
